Hug replied to my review statement that my 5 year warranty only covers the age of the boiler and not how many services we had done. Well the boiler was fitted 27/03/2018 I phoned up to request a service early January 2023 so in my reckoning the boiler still had about just over 2 months before the 5 years was up
Excellent service throughout. Jason was able to provide with quote quickly just asking for several photos.
Upon accepting the quote I messaged across and was called after office hours to organise fitting which was completed only 2 days later.
Delivered nice and early in the morning. Greg came out to fit was there relatively early, was polite and respectful.
All fitted shown how to operate and left with hot water and heating.
Couldn’t has asked for more.

It’s was simple and easy from the first call to installation. No issues at all and all was done in the time agreed at the price agreed…. I would defo recommend at this point.

For anyone looking for a good company to buy and install a new boiler. This firm is highly recommended by my family. Jason sorted everything out within a very short time and very professional. The boiler was delivered and filled in no time. The two guys who fitted it were efficient. Kept everything tidy and all old equipment was taken. Very pleased with Hug Boilers.

Everything was absolutely perfect from speaking to Jason to get a quote who talks to you like a person not just a salesman, and tom the engineer and Wayne the electrician were brilliant very polite and professional, would definitely recommend Hug Boilers, great price and great service

Since writing a decent review in Jan 2025 I have had an hot water problem which has still not been resolved by Hug Boilers, who have now stated after several wks, to fix the problem there would be an additional charge to which I initially refused to pay.
I have a loud noise constantly when the hot water is drawn, which worchester informed me is not the boiler, but an outside tap which Hug Boilers initially disagreed with.
Now after several wks, I am told the above, & even thou the worchester engineer suggested Hug boilers should, as a good will gesture, (especially after the price paid for the boiler) return to fix this small issue, they will not budge.
I even requested a quote for this additional work, to which I still haven't received ☹
My faith in Hug Boilers has now changed completely, & I will keep you updated on the outcome.
Update March 20th
After requesting the quote for the additional tap change, & not receiving it, I had no choice but to find my own plumber & had the outside tap replaced, but with no change to the hot water noise whatsoever, proving that it was not the cause of the overall problem told by hug boilers, which I'm still left with.
I expressed my concerns to the finance company to which I pay my DD & informed them of the bad service I have received from hug boilers, & was advised they would contact me.
No contact came whatsoever to fix the problem, &
I am now in the process of putting in a claim, which is ongoing.
I WOULD NO LONGER RECOMMEND HUG BOILERS TO ANYONE.

Excellent service. Needed new boiler before Christmas and Jason was able to get it sorted on day agreed for best price I could find after shopping around. The Engineer Daz turned up on time and cracked on with no issues, didn’t take too long and cleaned up after himself before he left.

So after cancelling last week due to engineer illness. The engineer turned up on Xmas eve. Spent 20 minutes trying to service my boiler and guess what, same as last year, forced the boiler into error mode.
This is now 2 years in a row of exactly the same circumstances.
Cancel appointment due to illness
Re-organise appointment, turn up and break my boiler.
Refuse to fix it and leave me with no central heating.
This time on Xmas eve.
Hug boilers did then ring me and told me that they will have to contact the boiler manufacturer to organise a repair. God only knows when that will happen.

HUG have done an amazing job of installing a new boiler for my 82 year old mum. Great service from the start, speaking to Jason for a very competitive quote to the very clean, brilliant installation from the engineer Craig. We would definitely recommend HUG. Nothing has been a problem, even getting it fitted before Christmas. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly.

It was a pleasure to do business with Hug. Rachael was extremely helpful with all my queries and obligingly included a few extras that I requested in the quote. The installation of the new Worcester Bosch 4000 went according to plan and was done and dusted in less than six hours. Craig the Engineer cracked on with removing the old boiler and installing the new one in a very speedy and efficient fashion, and remained cheerful and positive throughout despite encountering one or two problems. His knowledge and professionalism was a joy to encounter, (as was his singing!!!)
A seamless process throughout and I have already recommended you to family and friends. Thank you.

2 weeks after instalation i am very pleased with my new item, i would say i have had overall been satisfied with the service i recived.however,when it comes to cleaning up the debri i was dissapointed this was not done.a bit ov advise lads,no matter how good of an instalation job you do cleaning up properly,is a very big part of the job weather its friday and you gotta rush off home regards from a very experianced cleaning supervisour.
Easy to get a quote and chosen boiler fitted within a couple of days. Great experience from breakdown to replacement!
