Went into Hugmie Athlone because the front and back of my phone was smashed and I was concerned water would get into it and the bits of glass would cut me! The lads in the shop were super helpful and one of them helped me out by putting a covering over the back & front of my phone to protect it till I can get it fixed! Definitely recommend and will return again! :)

Best experience ever with Hugmie, had an iphone 14 totally banjaxed with do or die situation but needed some important information i went to few different stores but they could not do much or gave any assurance, so i totally got hopeless with it then one day i was shopping around and randomly visited Hugmie store thought it was toy store but saw a repair desk there, Asked if they could fix them sort of things, the staff was very clear about every thing i was handled by an experience Technician, every word he said was clicking my mind so i chanced it and let them send it off to their main lab in Dublin, to be honest i could have spent whatever money it costed to retrieve those information but it turned out costing me only €250 including screen and back glass replacement and all the information i wanted. I would remember this Company forever and will defo Recommend it anyone.

My Iphone touch did not work at the start when i went into the shop in Tallagh square the girls in the shop was so amazed it made it work less than a minute !!! Did not charged me anything ! I would highly recommend this shop it is very helpful !

Great Experiene installing a film in my phone screen at hugmie galway , Great Quality and Quick service. The store provides other types of services/repairs and also equipment and devices to sell. I recommend this place and thanks to Sultan who gave me a Quality service ,

I bought fantastic iphone 11 screen protector on 30/06/2024 in Hugmie letterkenny shop. I just pay €20 for screen protector, its very strong protect glass and nice touch feeling. And the shop has service to help me put on it. I am bad to do it. How is great shop service! The staff is also really nice! Thanks for the Hugmie letterkenny shop.

Visited this store in Liffey valley on Monday for my phone repair, the girl in there was incredibly friendly and serviced my phone free of charge. Highly recommend for their kindness and professionalism.

Was there in Liffey Valley, nice product range they have there. Bought two figurines, great customer service.

Bought a phone covering Hug me in Letterkenny shopping centre 2 weeks ago it’s fraying at the sides the material is all damaged I went back today to exchange they refused and were quite rude and unhelpful I paid 21 Euro and it’s useless so I’ve made a complaint to their customer service and I bought another phone case from the stall in the centre of the shopping centre great quality 15 Euro!

I wouldn't give anything to them to repair they have to be the worst in the business.

I went to the store in Swords, and asked for a quote for my used phone. I was offered 80e. Ebay prices 200-250. I find those people unreasonable.

Terrible service - got my screen repaired at the letterkenny store. Phone was faulty straight after, couldn't type properly, battery life drained. Screen cracked within a week. Customer assistant told me I was coveted under warranty for 3 months then refused to fix it.

Got my iPhone screen replaced twice both lastest no time! After a call the screen goes crazy and I can’t use touch screen and the bottom right hand side of my screen went both times. I went back due to not thinking it was them the first time and that I could have done something! Never going in ever again

Got my phone fixed in hugmie today, very pleased with the service, friendly and professional staff.

Ordered product online and requested that I collect it from a store. This was seamless. Also, the box had an extra layer of packaging so I was'nt flaunting it as I got the Go Ahead bus and went home.

Visited Galway store with an iPhone what didn’t want to turn in. Has been advised they take a look and call us back in an hour. Nothing, I called them back the next morning and they said oh yeah we have to send it to Dublin to the head office, no problem how long will it take. Up to 3 weeks and max €150. If it’s more they will call us. Nothing again. 3 weeks pass by without phone… no call. Had to call them again, they said oh we will contact with them and give u a call back today. Nothing again. We are at our 4th week now and nothing. I called them again that you promised to call me, they said oh the head office answered very late. Ok no problem, when will it arrive, “hopefully next week, and whoever said it’s up to 3 weeks they were wrong” ok, how much will it cost? “Starting from €180” now that’s when I got angry, first u say up to 3 weeks and up to €150 and will inform u if it’s more, now saying that it’s more without any information. I didn’t get my phone back yet so we don’t know the ending, but this is a terrible miscommunication in the company, and lack of management. Very pissed and never again going to spend money on there.

No exchange if part is broken, no instructions in English.

I visited Humie store in Galway Edward Square shopping centre twice recently.
First time to buy a screen protector for my phone firstly price excellent €14.99 and the man spent about 20 minutes putting it on. So helpful.
Second time a week later same phone and a sort of vibration when on voice when taking and making calls. Again a different person spent about 15 minutes spraying and blowing out the speaker no charge.

Best 2 experiences ever great service and that's lacking in a lot of places.
