Called in the store yesterday and was met with a wonderful smile and greeting. The lady was helpful and was on hand to speak to and request if there were any other sizes available. Although I didn’t actually get the T-shirt I wanted as the size was unavailable. A big thank you to Alison for making my shopping experience a nice calming stress free one,

The Ted Baker bag was a bargain, unfortunately I decided to return it as it wasn't quite to my taste. There was no problem returning it for a refund.
Would definitely order from them again.

Sent a different bag to what I ordered
Sent a different bag to what I ordered. Told me to send back and reorder it again and would get refund when they get the other bag back. Did not reorder and sent bag back for a refund but did not refund delivery!

Customer service and interaction was very positive and friendly. The staff member working in the sale shop was very helpful even taking the last item in a range off the mannequin very close to closing time. I ended up purchasing 2 items.

Great service in shop as usual in both women’s and men’s areas. Staff never phased by asking to try different sizes or styles. The young man in men’s section was so polite and helpful and both girls were equally so.

Positive buying experience
I have ordered an item online and am very happy with the entire buying experience. The site was easy to negotiate, I was kept informed of the collection and when I visited my local Hurleys shop the item was waiting for me.
