We visited Hurleys on Friday and received excellent service from Joanne. She was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit, making sure everything was just right without being intrusive. She was a real credit to the team and helped make our experience an enjoyable one. Thank you, Joanne – we'll definitely be back!

Brilliant service and staff incredibly helpful. First time in the outlet store and help to buy a few stylish polo shirts.

I have been to Hurleys at Middlebrook many times over the years and have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, I went twice last week and purchased items of jewellery and clothes with the very kind help of Sue B she really is great it’s such a pleasure to shop there also I bought two items of clothes in the sale at Hurleys outlet which I love and again with the help of Helen W she was also very friendly and helpful. I have recommended Hurleys to family and friends and they also love to shop there .

Never seen shop before ordering online was a swift delivery item was to small so drove to shop to exchange.glad I did what a fantastic shop , lots of retro clothing and modern will definitely be buying from them again

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. They have a great selection you won’t find anywhere else which is very appealing and nothing overpriced which my husband appreciates 😁.
