Excellent Service and Fast Next-Day Delivery!
I ordered a half-ton of topsoil twice from the Dundee store, and both times it arrived the next day. The store even followed up the next morning by email to let me know exactly when the delivery would arrive. Fantastic communication and reliability—a very happy customer!

A good experience.
Great staff, helpful, fair pricing. Could have been better had they contacted me to say when they were going to deliver, but they did come on site even though nobody was home and put a plastic cover over the wood once it had been unloaded. Nice touch. Definately use them again.

First time I've bought from Huws Gray…
First time I've bought from Huws Gray and it was a great experience from the team in Bletchley.
I have since ordered a 2nd delivery to my home and it was equally good. The prices of the materials for my domestic patio job were also lower than my usual supplier (beginning with 'W').
I ordered quite late at night and it was delivered the following morning, which is great service.
The delivery drivers I've met are always very friendly and a great asset to Huws Gray as the 'public face' of the company. Quite a contrast to the rather impersonal service you tend to receive elsewhere nowadays.
