Amazing customer service from the Serviced Accommodation team. My stay was pleasant and the staff were always available to assist me.

Absolutely awful.

I made a booking in May for 2 nights in August. On day of arrival i was informed the agreed property was no longer available and was sent to an alternative location.

They have also refused to return the £300 damage deposit, similar to what has been described by another reviewer.

Definitely recommend avoiding them

Hydeandrowe property management company based in South Croydon. If you're landlord and considering to use this company-think twice, they're crooks and fraudsters. We have lease contract signed with them for two years, after one and half year into our contract they stop paying a full price of agreed rent, and trying to hold onto the property despite totally breaching the contract and no ground to stand on, they are simply operating like crooks. Their letting manager Marion is absolute joke, she's keeps coming up with some stupid excuses, which haven't had nothing to do with a legal document that have been sighted with them . We're starting a legal action against this company and evicting them from our property. So if you are a landlord and looking for a letting company-Hydeandrowe is a big red flag, avoid them! They keep removing my review, but I will post it again and again as long as it’s helpful to other people.

After applying for the job, the CEO told me it was self-employed while having employed working conditions and was paid below minimum wage. Witnessed her deny refunds to guess for leaving a bad review because they haven’t got their refunds back or the property has been in poor condition. Got fired for editing my CV during my lunch break and was constantly belittled and disrespected by the CEO.

Stayed at a short stay hosted by this company, they make you pay a £300 deposit outside of the booking app, the booking app states 7 days for this to be returned having chased this they said that their policy is 10 days, upon constant chasing 30+ days later this has still not been returned for various reasons, people on holiday, back logs etc etc, with numerous occasions of people not getting back to me, after an unsatisfactory conversation where I was told they could not give me a timescale and if I had a problem raise it with my bank. I have then left a negative review across popular review sites. They have manged to remove one of these. they have now said that they would not refund the owed deposit until I removed the review from this site, which I did as I need my money back. 5 days later still no refund so I am now posting again, really dissapointed. I have text evidence of this interaction. it is now the 5th August and no refund.

I have worked with Hyde & Rowe South Croydon on several occasions recently .I have always found them efficient and courteous and helpful to deal with especially when replying to enquiries. I would recommend them.

Hyde & Rowe property management company is a nightmare. They should have vacated my property in July but instead are arguing with me. The contract clearly states that all they require is 2 months notice but now so many months later, they have not acknowledged my letters & continue to occupy my property illegally. Their complaints procedure is not worth even considering.

Mixed experience with Hyde & Rowe.

Some of the staff are clearly not trained in privacy laws and importance of safeguarding sensitive information about their tenants and other staff issues.

Whenever there is a phone call to the office or from the office - impolite staff members in the background can be heard.

However the platinum members of staff go over and above their duties - the lettings Manager and the Sales Manager & the CEO and one or two of the lettings staff are exceptional.

Had some nightmare experiences with tenants who were placed inappropriately with their pets in a lovely property that could not meet their needs - it was overcrowded.

Hyde & Rowe also at first sold their services of the basis that they would attend to the small repairs as part of the management contract (retainer), and that the property would be returned to the owner in a condition that resembled the original condition or as near as - this has never materialised.

The level of service depends on who you are dealing with.

Wanted to thank you again for making the process through to completion. Great to get this sold before the stamp duty came in.

Selected us the right properties for our budget and requirements, which saved us a lot of time and effort not going to inbcessarily bookings. All good.

I have been with Hyde & Rowe for over three years and they have been so helpful. When my family got bigger they immediately found me a bigger home at a better location for my kids school and I'm so thankful to the people that work there.
