This is a UE looking company which bring to the UE market dropped shipped materials coming straight away from China, for double the price. I tried to applied my film. The QR code bring indications which dont apply to the product I received. My film is indicated for a 12.9 inch Ipad and I bought a film for a Xiaomi pad 8 pro. Avoid at all cost.
I ordered a protective hydrogel film for my Motorola Edge 70 Pro.
After paying with my credit card, I did not get any confirmation via mail.
I mailed them directly, no response. I filled in the contact form on their website, no response.
After 8 days I suddenly received the ordered protection film. It turned out to be a protection cover produced by Mietubl. This was nowhere mentioned on the site of Hydrogelfilm. I was in the assumption I was dealing with a genuine EU company, not with a drop shipper.
I did get what I ordered, but that was about it. I guess I would have payed half for the same at Amazon...

We tried to contact you several times using the email address provided with the order, but our messages could not be successfully delivered. We also indicated this issue during our attempts to reach you.
Your order was nevertheless processed and delivered successfully.
For future orders, we strongly recommend using an active email address that is able to receive incoming messages so that order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service communication can reach you without any issues.
At first I was skeptical of buying protective film from this company. They had no reviews on Trustpilot, and his Instagram profile didn't have many interactions. Eventually I decided to buy it, and I must say it was the best choice of my life. This company sells excellent screen protectors in hydrogel, exactly as the site description and all the experience is very user friendly. They even offer the installation kit and tutorials! I even bought 2 because I broke the first one by mistake, and I still spent less than I would have spent on going to a local shop that applies them by hand. 5/5, perfect and fast customer experience. THANKS !!!
