Purchased a little clover bracelet and necklace last week, super disappointed with the quality, so much so the bracelet has broken already - I now have to return to get it fixed. Not great for a second wear of it. Definitely not worth the money, sadly I won’t be purchasing anymore items from this company!

I have reduced the stars due to the slow delivery. The website said 3 working days for delivery. It took 12 working days - 18 in total. This was disappointing as it was a birthday gift which I was sending directly to them. However, once arrived the recipient was extremely happy. The choice in the website is very good and the quality is very good.

Beautiful, very delicate and thin but looks amazing

Very disappointed in the cat brooch. It was for my wife's birthday because she loved cats. It was so small we had to use a magnifying glass to actually see and examine it. I do not know what she did with it but it is gone ... cannot recommend ... sorry.

My experience with this company was really bad. I bought an item which never turned up and when I emailed them about it. They never replied to me! So basically they are thieves! And I would not recommend anybody buying off these people because they will just rob your money.

However the customer service was excellent and issued a return very quickly after receiving the product
