Ik heb 2 vesten besteld bij iced-jewellery, een mail gestuurd dat ik de order toch wil annuleren..
Na een week geen reactie te hebben ontvangen weer een mail gestuurd, ik kreeg toen na 2 uur al een bericht dat dit niet meer kon, want ze waren die ochtend al verstuurd, aangegeven dat ik de vesten niet wil en dan wil retourneren..dit alles was niet mogelijk,want ze waren al verstuurd, ik kreeg telkens nadat ik weer had gemaild het standaard antwoord dat het niet meer mogelijk was, nu afwachten op Klarna die gaat contact opnemen met de verkoper, want mijn laatste 2 mails worden wederom niet beantwoord terwijl hun een retourbeleid hebben en daarbij de vesten totaal niet overeen komen met de beschrijving/plaatje en te kleine maten heb gekregen, je betaalt 50 euro per vest, maar het lijkt totaal niet de fotos en zien er goedkoop uit

Just lovely
The bracelet was even better than the pictures online. I did call when I hadn’t heard anything after a week but it was an import delay and it was dispatched quite quickly after that. I love it and even though I purchased for a gift I would keep it myself.
