Worst service ever
Worst service ever! I didn’t received and I have called 3-4 times with no answered just voice message. And no one contacted me back. I also email the sender and only hot a few emails back. Back the moment I said I haven’t received my item they completely stopped email me back. I had to do a dispute over! I would never buy anything from ice jewellery again!! Don’t let the same thing happen to you!

But im pretty upset that it doesn't keep time.
I take it off when going to bed, but wake to find it looses 13 minutes every night.
Im not sure Who to Contact.

A brief comment on my recent purchase of some earrings. It appears that Ice Jewellery now sells earrings as single items so one needs to be aware of this and actually place an order for two. Otherwise like me you will be disappointed when you open the box to find only one in there. I guess it is my fault for not reading the description closely but having purchased earrings many times I just assumed their would be two.

Solitary earrings have been trendy for a while and several brands, including Thomas Sabo, have it as an option on its catalog.
The earring description clearly specify that the chosen product is not coming in pairs.

The Ice Jewellery was supplied quickly and efficiently and was exactly as per the information supplied. The finished product was exactly what was wanted as it had to match a previous purchase from another supplier of other jewellery many years ago. The colour and design selected was specific and the supplied product matched the required design and colour perfectly. We could not have been happier with the product from a selection point of view, supply and delivery was very efficiently done and received well within the time frame specified.
