Firstly they sent out a broken item. On 15th July I asked them for a returns label which they said several times was in the post but never arrived so I took the initiative and paid £7.99p for EVRI to collect the parcel and return to Ideal World. That was on 7th August. I still have no confirmation that they have rec'd my parcel. They just keep telling me to wait in the meantime they continue to take payments from my bank. First & last time of using these people.

I used to be a regular customer of IdealWorld and made many purchases that I was happy with unfortunately things have changed.My latest buy of two sweatshirts I thought would be great for my winter wardrobe was a joke.They arrived promptly and I immediately went to try on,looked good but then I became stuck as the welt and neck were so small and tight I was unable to get on or off,after a struggle I managed to get the thing off and discovered there was zero stretch.I had ordered my correct size,I packed them up and the final insult was having to pay to return these not fit for purpose items

You are wasting money buying feom this.

They sont deliver the order. I dont know why they are still in business. I did t receive my order and terrible customer service

If I could score minus 5 I would.I placed an order which had got the wrong delivery address on it but within a few hours I tried to change it and was told as an invoice had been generated this was not possible.This is unbelievable and very poor inadequate service , do not use this comp

Bought a memory foam mattress topper and after 15 days it started to split,I rang only to be told to return it and until they had tested it I couldn't do anything,I was well within the 30 days where the company is obliged to return or refund,I've had neither and still waiting for it to be collected to go back.
Never never will I be ordering again an absolute disgrace.

Sent an item back and they only issued partial refund, total ripoff
Chased them up and finally got the full refund, had other issues with this company will not be using them in the future

Some guarantees last only six months,do not buy a range mate ,coating came off after six months using once a month.Very poor customer service

Ordered an item on April 10 that had an advanced shipped date of April 18. Surprisingly received notification it had been dispatched on April 11. Contacted IdealWorld on April 26 as I hadn't received it. Told the courier had no further information on the package after April 14, and I'd be receiving a refund. Makes me wonder if they were ever going to let me know the package was lost or just hang on to my money in the hope I would forget. I'll not be ordering from them again.

Returned 2 items, refund issued less£7.98, £3.99 per item.
I have queried this am really being given the run around. ‘ we can’t find your account details’ we have no record of these orders.’ We don’t know your e mail address ( despite e mailing me using my address!!) and finally we can’t discuss financial matters in an e mail. Total scam. I will not buy from I W again.

Absolutely terrible customer services osered an item thst was jn stock but waited 2 weeks. After several phone calls and given 3 djfferant delivery dates I cancelled. The person I spoke to was very rude speaking over me but eventually said my money would be returned in 2 days. I week later had email to say item despatched!! I received item so now I am sending back for refund. See how long that takes ! I will not be buying from them again and suggest everyone does the same. I didn't even get an apogy

Helior Winston watch on their TV channel tonight selling for £199.99 , Debenhams. Are selling them for £131 , grossly overpriced , whenever you are thinking of purchasing anything from ideal world check the price online with other retailers first

Pure lies yet again the dodgy used market trader Mike mason once again said yet again these watches must end at 9pm and yet again the same watches are still selling for 599 the same price before 9pm the lies and bs he tries to sell like delivery boy tell him to stop telling the lies plus the aftershave there no smell at all

Fabukift is a fantastic leader in its field have tried the many which claim the same, all are highly inferior and don't work.

Don't reply to emails ,returns policy awful ,reading some reviews isn't it funny how you refund when it suits ,I have asked many questions on email and messenger messages and no reply ,worst ever customer care ,they failed once before ,you would think they would look after their customers

Ordered a Christophe Duchamp yesterday evening as according to Mike Mason (Presenter) they had managed to secure a last minute deal to reduce the watches from £2994.99 to £649.99.

Seemed like a bargain, as the special price could never be repeated after 10.00pm that evening.

If any orders were attempted after that time, then the watches would have gone up to full price.

Imagine my surprise then the next afternoon to find them on sale again at the discounted price.

I'm sure presenters are not allowed to lie on air about these offers.

Mike was really pushing the limited time discount deal.

Seems the latest reincarnation of Ideal World as many of the same issues as before.

BADSERVICE. Not very happy yet again u take our money and no goods I am talking about kukamadi face cream it rlis still on the Web site but not available out of stock apparently really angry will not shop with you again I am tired of telephoning customer services giving me my money back is not good business very sad.

Would have given 0 stars but not available. 87% 1 star reviews says enough on trustpilot. Presenters give false information telling you to tru and if you don’t like it send it back .This is not the case . Keep saying sent back after 30 days was bought while the Christmas extended returns was on .Won't be buying from ideal world again and looking at the reviews neither will a lot of customers. False information from incompetent producers is unacceptable and costly

I have complained and sent emails on numerous occasions but they never react or reply. I have ordered on 6 occasions to be waiting then you get nothing I checked my account to see if it had left and No just a note saying here is a refund. I CHASED why and got nothing for 5 days then just oops sorry no stock???? I then gave them last chance purchased a coat for a present for Xmas in Nov but by 12 December still nothing so I chased to just get cancel it we have no stock???? What!!! Nothing more. I cancelled then 2 days later they were on a show selling again. They are useless rubbish attitude rubbish response I've told them to shut my account. Don't use them then maybe they will pull their finger out
