I really appreciated the responsiveness of IGarden customer support and their focus on customer satisfaction.

I have had a M1 AI pool cleaner for a little over 2 months now. It cleans the pool well; picking up fine dirt and larger leaves. I am still monitoring battery life but so far so good! The support team has been great as well.

Easy to reach the helpline and quickly they respond

The SwimJet pro is mind blowing. So simple to use, so intuitive and when it comes to swimming, it's perfect.
The kids love it too, I couldn't believe it! I couldn't even swim when I wanted as they graved for the "waves".
There was a customs issue independent from iGarden and I must say that their customer support team has been very reactive and managed this situation very nicely.

Annoying to have to call customer service but it was Easy and fast phone conversations. Wait time when calling was quick. I was treated with respect and felt like a valued customer.

I’ve been using robotic pool cleaners for years, other companies were only covering the unit for one year,so. I tried
gardens k55 initially due to the three year warranty. The unit did need a repair after a few months. Customer service was incredible, and even gave me an upgrade without having to ask for it.
That’s the type of customer service service I give my customers as a business owner, and I appreciate that iGarden took care of me the same way

I ordered the Swim jet Xpro and it performs exactly as advertised. Customer service has been automated where it should be for speed and personalized where it should be for extra help.

I recently received my iGarden Jet after quite a long wait, and I can honestly say that it was absolutely worth waiting for. I tested it as soon as it arrived and I’m genuinely impressed with the device. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase.

What I especially want to highlight, however, is the excellent customer service I received throughout the entire process. Because of the longer waiting time, I contacted iGarden several times with questions and concerns. Every time, I received a kind, patient and reassuring response. They always took the time to answer my questions clearly and kept me informed, which I really appreciated.

Good customer service makes such a difference, especially when you are waiting for an expensive product and start to worry about your order. I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously.

Now that the Jet has finally arrived, I’m not only very happy with the product, but also with the way iGarden handled everything along the way.

Thank to the iGarden team for your patience, support and kindness. A very positive experience and definitely deserving of five stars!

Customer service and support is amazing!

I must say the customer support EVERY time I reached out has been fantastic and the issues have been solved the first time. So far so good ! Ive used the igarden swim x 3 x and getting more used to it each time.
Setup was easy once I watched videos.

I have salt water pool so rinsing after each use.

The swimjet is fantastic! It turned my pool into a mini water park and I’m getting so much use out of it swimming “laps”. When I needed to contact customer support they were quick to respond and were extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to people for all their products.

Exceptional performance and total game-changer for small pools!
I was an early backer of the campaign and recently received my SwimJet X. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I got upgraded to the X30 model! Now that I've had a chance to test it out in the water, I couldn't be happier. The overall build quality feels top-tier, and the power it generates is impressive. Having a smaller backyard pool used to mean doing endless short turns, but with the X30's steady current, I can finally do long, uninterrupted swim sessions right at home. Huge thanks to the team for the upgrade and for delivering such a fantastic product! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get the most out of their pool.

We purchased an iGarden pool cleaning robot and when we had an issue with it, customer service was quick to respond and solved our problem. This robot keeps our pool clean and I highly recommend this company for their product and the support they provide.

Very fast communication and doing everything they can to make you happy. They really listen and address your concerns. Unbelievable customer service as other companies should take lessons from them. Very happy with the solution provided for me.

It was difficult to assign a number of stars for this product. The K90 was a breeze to set up. Easy to program, a few button options, hit the start button, drop it in the pool and off it went, cleaning my in ground fiberglass pool. I programmed it to run 1.5 hours everyday for 3 days and on it went, climbing the walls and vacuuming the entire pool. Then, after a few weeks of excellent cleaning, after the charging period I dropped it in the pool and.... nothing. It day on the bottom of the pool for about a minute and then presented an E1 error code. I read the manual, concise and informative, which told me it was a left side drive issue. It recommended I restart the cleaner and try again. After multiple reset attempts, the K90 was dead in the water. I contacted support, related my story and within an hour received an email that support was looking into it. At this point I thought it was the beginning of a long, drawn out process that would, at the very least, leave my pool a filthy mess. The next morning, a Saturday by the way, I received an email from support telling me they had determined it was a manufacturer's defect and, even though the standard process is to either try and repair the unit or send it back and, when received, a new unit would be sent. But since it was diagnosed as a manufacturer's defect, as soon as I provided my address a new unit world be sent. So, here's how I came up with my rating:

5-for ease of use and performance of the K90
1-looking at the unit sitting dead on the bottom of the pool
2-being told the issue was being investigated
5-when advised of the cause of non performance and the urgent effort to send a new unit
All of that, in my mind, came out to a 4 star review. I expect iGarden to follow through as they stated. I'll post additional info when the issue is resolved.

This product is outstanding, I also had a conversation with Gloria from Customer service, which gave me the best service possible.

The company great, and the products are amazing. Next up I am thinking about trying their pool cleaning robot.
