The product did not work right out of the box. The ai bot pressured me hard to let them send me a new battery, hoping it would solve the problem. But it felt very hard-handed and I was concerned that the ai bot was programmed to stall as much as possible so the return window closed. When I insisted I wanted a refund (who is going to trust a product that doesn’t work straight out of the box?) the ai bot pressured me over and over to “give them a second chance.” It got way too intense and uncomfortable.

I purchased a robotic pool cleaner from iGarden. Shortly afterwards, I began having some issues with the device. I reached out to customer service and they replied almost immediately. I have emailed them a handful of times and they always get back to me, usually in a matter of minutes. They worked hard to resolve the issues I was having and they didn't stop until troubleshooting until I was completely satisfied. I would purchase products from iGarden again, solely for their superior customer service.

Exceptionally fast response time on a Saturday night late continued into Sunday late night. Unheard of!

Yes. They responded immediately to each and every email communication and they will resolve me issue with a replacement

The product has been great,we put it in the water every other day and keep it so clean.

livraison un peu tardive mais quelle surprise reçu un X30P30 super matériel après une mise en route et un essai de 1mois toute la famille est contente les enfants jouent avec toutes les vitesses les parent ont essaye et ont été rapidement fatigue vitesse 2 et 3 quant a nous les grands parents ma femme nage tous les jour en vitesse 1 et moi je me fait masser en vitesse 3 et4
tous mes voisins veulent essayer
donc matériel correspondant bien à mon attente je conseille d'acheter ce matériel aussi bien pour la nage que pour le fun

I already tried my swim jet X several times and it works great! I went up to level three and the flow is pretty strong, quite sufficient for a workout. The battery seems to hold the charge well. So far so good.

I was helped promptly by Bell of customer service. all good and fast.

The device is spectacular!!
No noise, good flow in 4 different levels.
The service, (when there is a problem) is superb! Till late in the evening, they do everything possible to help you! I can strongly advise everyone to buy the I Garden streamer!! PERFECT!!

Even better than imagined

We have had the Kpro 1000 for just under a year now, and it has kept our pool clean and relatively maintenance-free with skimming otherwise. Would recommend!

Very fun for kids and adults

Great customer service, equipment arrived on time, product was very easy to set up, and the XPro model exceeding my expectations…the unit provides a lb amazing workout and is also really fun for the family.

The swim jet has been a lifechanger for me. All good experiences so far. Ordering was easy. Customer service calls were no hassle calls. I got the swimjet on time and I am using it regularly every since to keep my swim routine going through the busy week. Couldnt be happier with it.
Btw - my kids love the fun mode a lot !

I enjoy this product in the pool. The customer service unit is considerate, compassionate and understanding. Great service makes for a great product.
