Had an issue with right track not turning on our KN35 and found that the drive cog had sheared off the main body housing. Customer Support was great and did not hesitate to send out a replacement product

I have had two pool cleaners, both chorded. I have not been happy with either one. The most recent just died.
I was not in a hurry to buy another one. I self- vacuumed for several weeks but started the online search for another one, chordless. The possibilities seemed unlimited and I had almost decided when the IGarden products popped up. All the reviews of the various products are very similar. Mostly real good with a few not so good. I guess what persuaded me to purchase the K 40 was it seemed relatively simple compared to many. Too many features and more things to go wrong! And the 3 year warranty. It arrived yesterday and I put it to work last night with the full time mode and full cleaning mode. When I got up this morning the pool was as clean as I have ever seen it. And it had parked itself next the edge in the shallow end. Maybe that was just coincidental but will find out soon. The packaging and boxing was very good. Setting it up was no problem. We'll see if this lasts as I am still very skeptical of these robotic pool aids. Forgot to mention, I have had four solar powered skimmers. The last one I returned for a full refund.

i had bought a pool robot from i garden through a european dealer (decathlon). since my pool wall was clean i only used the floor mode. when i needed the wall mode function, the robot didn't do the job. since i couldn t reach decathlon (dealer), i contacted the igarden support and they helped me to resolve the problem within 10 min. they re great, very helpfull with knowledgable advice and i worked. they are fast in response, efficient in asking video/ admin info to resolve the issue at hand swiftly. very happy with their help !!

I have an issue with my K36 pool cleaner and after providing photos and video I was assured the unit had a defect and a replacement would be sent ASAP. Thank you

I love the job the KN35 does cleaning my pool, Unfortunately, I have had numerous problems with the tracks staying in the wheel grooves. They have slide off, requiring me to work them back on - not an easy task. The orange decorative caps, that mount on the wheels keep coming up as well, and I suspect are indication some sore of torque or alignment problem. I want my machine to work. The help I am getting from the iGarden support team is very promising, and I believe there will be a quick resolution as they care about thier reputation as a reliable provider.

I received great customer support service. The robotic cleaner works great. The cleaner has a minor issue but it still functions well without the part. Igarden generously will be replacing the cleaner.

The swim jet is so versatile. Our entire family uses it for fitness, fun and recovery.

I initially bought the swim jet for me to be able to swim "laps." However, using the swim jet for waves very quickly became a family favorite pool activity. On top of that, my son, who is a high school athlete, started using it for recovery workouts and has been injury-free so far this season.

I'm so glad I chose this product. It has more than met my expectations.

We have loved our swim jet and everyone in the family has been using it all summer long. We ended up having a slight battery issue recently and they have been very quick to resolve the issue and send a new replacement battery.

Our igarden K Pro 120 pool cleaner lost the ability to function through its touchscreen during the first summer we owned it. I contacted customer support and reached an agent via chat who asked me to send a video of the problem. Once that was reviewed by their staff it was determined that the best course of action was to send a new replacement of the same model. The process was completed over the chat function and was relatively painless. I am awaiting the new replacement and looking forward to cleaning the pool again.

I had an error code pop up over the holiday weekend. Customer Support helped me troubleshoot. Sent in a couple pictures and a video to help with the process. When it was discovered that the error was not fixable on my end, customer support was super helpful in getting me setup with a replacement upgrade in a super timely manner. Very helpful!

I have purchased the IGarden swim Jet X series to train in my pool for Ironman events. I have been using the product now for 2 months and must say that the user experience is great. The device is easy to install, operate, charge and store. The 4 speeds are more than enought for my training needs.

This company has amazing customer service. I am new to pool sweeps and have many questions (okay, the printed manual could be lots better.). I ask them a question and it is normally answered within an hour or two. The issue is instantly solved. Great job people!
