I use the iGarden swim jet regularly in my pool, and it has genuinely improved the way I train. The water flow is strong, stable, and adjustable, allowing me to switch from light exercise to a more intense swimming session with ease. Even in a small pool, it creates a realistic counter‑current that feels natural and smooth! Fantastic product!

So far I'm extremely happy with the product and the company. Customer service have been very responsive to my questions regarding my order and shipping. The jet itself is fantastic! Light, easy to move around and does exactly what i wanted. I can swim nonstop (instead of laps) and i even set it up as a lazy river in my pool. Awesome product!

I purchased a K36 pool vacuum and it has been performing very well. Setup is very simple and the app seems to work well so far. The vacuum itself does a nice job picking up both leaves / pine needles and fine dirt witn the secondary filter installed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a pool vacuum.

I must admit I was somewhat skeptical about this whole thing. I purchased months ago during the kickstart and hoped one day it would arrive. Well, it did and they upgraded the model for me! It was easy to unpack and set up, I had a lot of questions and customer service was always prompt, polite, and very helpful. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and I absolutely love it. Best purchase ever, I have been wanting to swim regularly for a long time and now I can. I am super happy about my X30, it is perfect for me.

As an early kickstarter backer- happy to report the product not only meets but exceeds my expectations. The water jet stream produced is more powerful than I expected. Customer service was prompt and comprehensive.

After waiting patiently for my swim jet, I was excited when it arrived. The power supply arrived one day and the jet two days later. It gave me a chance to charge and get ready when the swim jet arrived.
I'm using the swim jet in a 15' round pool. Originally, I had a difficult time turning one of the adjusting screws on the side. With a little trial and error, I found the proper height for my pool.
When my grandgirls first got into the pool they had no idea what it was. I turned it on the lowest setting. My 13 year old's 1st impression was, "I don't get it". Within 5 minutes and stepping up the flow pressure until it hit the maximum flow, both girls were squealing, "This is so cool!!!" Both girls are good swimmers and are on a local swim team. They tried their best but at the highest flow they still couldn't compete against the flow. Even their dad tried it and found it to be "Legit".
I could use a spare set of thumb screws. At first only one would lock in the adjustable handle. Forcing it to turn, led me to compromise the back interior of the screw holder.
Overall, well-made and easy to install for a summer of fun.

Customer service was amazing. I was able to chat with them and almost immediately receive an answer. All questions were answered and any problems were navigated. Email traffic is also monitored and I was able to have a reasonable conversation online. The product exceeds expectations. My entire family loves it. I use it for triathlon training and my oldest just wants to beat the current, but can't, and my youngest loves simply being pushed around by its strong performance. Highly recommend

The Swim Jet X30 is even better than we expected and has been such a welcome addition to our in-ground pool. As an avid swimmer, I appreciate the ability to swim against a gentle current or simulate an open water swim. My kids are improving their endurance and it has renewed their interest in using our pool. We’ve also used the Swim Jet X30 in the shallow end for some massage action. It’s really relaxing and elevates our evening dip.

Review after a couple weeks (I bought it off the Kickstarter campaign for a fantastic price, and then they even upgraded it for me!): I used to swim on a tether, and having the pump is way better. The X30 is super easy to set up and drop into/remove from the pool, and it works great. It comes with a P30 battery, which doesn’t last longer than maybe an hour on the higher settings, so you’ll need to charge every day or three if you’re a stronger swimmer or swim for a long time. Highly recommended!

We just received our X30 Swim Jet and love it. It was very easy to set up and put in our inground pool. I secured the safety wire to the brass anchors used for the pool winter cover and it is very secure. I am using the Swim Jet to rehab my knee after surgery and it is really making a difference. The lowest level is perfect for now but I like the option for more aggressive swimming in the future. Great design!

Great customer service. They are pretty responsive and quick with addressing any issues that may pertain to your iGarden device.

The device is ingenious. A good workout at the lowest setting. Waterski at the high setting? Just kidding. And easy to relocate to shallow end for the kiddies. Good customer service response to initial set up problem. A terrific addition to enjoyment of the pool.

My IGarden Swin Jet X30 is absolutely what I was looking for. I live in a hot desert so getting outside for a vigorous workout is challenging. The Swim Jet delivers. I can get plenty of cardio in 30 minutes. It was quite easy to hook up and go. I am very happy with this purchase.

I received my Swim Jet X30-P30 this past weekend. It only took me 10 minutes to unbox and have it setup in the pool. I have 16ft round Bestway Steelmax above ground pool and it hooks perfectly on the top rail. My daughter had a friend over for the first use of the Swim Jet X and they had an absolute blast playing in the current. My daughter's friend enjoyed it so much that she said that she wished that they had one for their pool and told her mother about it when she got picked up.
For the main reason of getting the Swim Jet, which was for my daughter to be able to train for the swim team in our 16ft pool, it surpassed my expectations. She was able to quickly get used to swimming against the current and said that she thinks this will help her a lot.
I was so impressed with the quality of the build of the swim jet and my interactions with customer service, that I ordered one of iGardens AI robotic pool vacuum to replace our struggling pump powered pool vacuum robot.
Overall I'm very pleased with my experience and the Swim Jet X.

I've had my iGarden SwimJet X30 for a while now, and it's been one of the best additions to our backyard pool. I wanted a way to get real swim workouts without building a larger pool, and the X30 has delivered exactly that.

The setup was much easier than I expected, and I was swimming the same day. One thing that really surprised me was how manageable it is. It's light enough that my wife can set it up by herself without any problems, which makes it easy for either of us to use whenever we want.

The current is smooth and adjustable, so I can choose an easy pace for longer workouts or turn it up when I want more of a challenge. It has made our pool much more useful instead of just being a place to cool off.

I also want to mention the customer support. My SwimJet ended up arriving about a week later than originally expected, but the iGarden team stayed in touch throughout the process. They kept me informed on the delivery status, reassured me that my order was on the way, and responded promptly whenever I had questions. While I would have preferred it to arrive on time, I really appreciated the regular updates and communication. It made the wait much less stressful and showed that they genuinely cared about keeping customers informed.

Overall, I have very few complaints. If you're looking for a way to turn your existing pool into a place where you can actually swim for fitness without a major pool renovation, I'd definitely recommend the iGarden SwimJet X30. It's been a great investment for our family.

Bought it for my wife. Amazing in the pool. She hopes to build up to the higher speeds but says it is much better than 18 foot laps! Only negative is the app doesn’t list the device and none of the instructions in the app or online seem to engage blue tooth on the device. But that is a minor inconvenience as no one uses their phone while swimming! I recommend it and would buy again.
