We love the swim jet. I needed something to do light easy swimming for rehab. This has worked so well. We have found the added benefit of just leaving it on low when we are floating in the pool, the current is glorious. My only complaint is the battery module that I have does not last quite as long as I wished and it charges a slower than I want. I suggest for everyone to plan on overnight charging if you are going to use it day to day.

I have two products form this company. The swim jet is amazing and costumer support at the beginning was top notch. I also have a vacuum and although there have been issues costumer support has been phenomenal and issues are promptly dealt with, i mean within hours of emailing. Calls to the company are also dealt with immediately. So far a great company to work with!

Wow! What a winner!

The iGarden Swim Jet X has been an absolute joy for us! My kids (ages 17, 14, 12) and I had been swimming laps for a few months now, but the Swim Jet X has really added a new level of enjoyment for us all!

We take turns swimming against the current, and have found that at higher settings 2 of us can swim in-line … because the current is that strong!

And a great surprise is that it has added a whole new level of fun and enjoyment to the pool … separate from the actual swimming. Because now being on pool rings, floating toys, etc takes on a whole different feel!

And it’s opened up a fun way to do pool workouts such as doing feet-to-wall taps, because the gentler current at the sides of the pool guides you along the side walls while you do them … so it becomes fun.

I cannot recommend this product enough!

And to top it off, I emailed iGarden with a question about an accessory and I got a detailed and very personalized response within just a few hours!

I highly recommend this product.

My husband and I both used today for the first time. We loved it. The power was great! Would definitely recommend for others. It is our new retirement toy for our pool!

I used my IGarden Jet X one time, and it is really good! I’m not a competitive swimmer, I bought it because I need to do cardiovascular exercise to lower cholesterol and triglycerides and I like to swim. Of course my 24 ft pool doesn’t let me do more than 5 strokes 😂 so this is the best thing I could have bought!!! Very powerful and goes perfect with my necessities. Amazing customer service too!

Great fun product. Make sure to charge the power pack when you get it.

X30 review, I received my unit and I must say I am happy happy happy, I was expecting it not be as powerful, I have the simpler battery and I am also happy since it lasts a lot I had to charge it only until my 4th day swimming about an hour each time level 1 & 2 out of 4.
Honestly I did not know what to expect but it was a very pleasant surprise, our pool is large enough for a swim but having this, makes a great difference to exercise and to perfect my swimming, I am not a good swimmer so this is helping a lot, also the natural turbulence that produces in the water makes it feel more like swimming in a lake with wind or a regular ocean. Very happy! I just hope it lasts and does not break anytime soon because I love it. I highly recommend it.

OMG, what a game changer!

I received my unit today, and I was absolutely blown away by its power. At speed level 4, I could barely keep up! I’m in my 50s, and this is going to make my daily training sessions so much more enjoyable and effective.

The customer support was exceptional from start to finish. Communication was prompt, response times were incredibly fast, and the iGarden order support team exceeded my expectations by following through on every commitment they made.

Wow! Just received my X30-P30 Swim Jet and all I have to say is this thing is awesome.
Out of the box and 1 minute to set up and i was in the pool putting in yards!
I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for fun, low impact cardio and all around enjoyment.

The swim jet X30 is actually a really awesome product. I like the speed options. If you are a competitive swimmer I don't think it will be for you, but if you just enjoy swimming in a smaller pool this is great. It definitely upgraded the swim experience for me in our 24ft above ground pool. I definitely wear out before the battery does on the 2nd jet level.

Customer service is OK, if a little slow, no bad experiences just wish there were regular updates. The documentation could be a little better, but the Youtube video is at least useful.

Great product, very easy to use and was great at cleaning the pool. I did experience a problem with the device which I could not resolve through the troubleshooting guide. IGarden.ai customer care was extremely responsive, answered the phone, with a human, very quickly and resolved my issue promptly. Couldn't have had a better experience. 5 stars.

My igarden swim jet X has been delivered yesterday. Already the way the system and the powerbox were safely packed gave me a strong first impression. Installation and configuration were very straightforward thanks to the clear user manual and supporting videos available. Finally the registration and connection to the igarden app went smoothly. Thank you for this overall nice experience.

Amazing service. Price matched for Father’s Day after my purchase and even sent me the extra pool lights. Followed up to ensure I received both. They didn’t bug me about closing the ticket until after I received the lights. Also, gave me an update when they shipped it. Palo Alto and Cisco support should take notes. Yes, I’m a nerd.

Nothing bad to say about Igarden. Had trouble with a unit and they wasted no time solving the issue. Great company to deal with. Customer service is spot on.

I've had nothing but an outstanding customer experience with iGarden. I ordered a K36 pool cleaner and exchanged some technical of the machine. They gave me a solution and also helped me with an upgrade and were very responsive. The product itself is great too!

ordered in march , got a promissed delivery date in may - today 2nd july, im still waiting for my delivery! ( as hundreds others too )

I purchased a swim jet and after receiving the item realized there are no manuals everything's online. All in all I called customer support immediately got a person to talk to they helped with any regards I had and so far everything's working perfectly. The swim jet also is fantastic item in my 24x12 pool I can actually swim it's awesome. Pool is an Intex above ground with no problems adding the system to it.

I found this product very high quality the way that was designed attract me a lot compared with older technology I think this is a great asset for family to enjoy weather surfing 🏄 swimming 🏊 or practice fitness on it

I asked originally they delay shipping since we were in Florida and wanted to try out within 30 days. The accomodated and they shipped May 1st as asked. Then when we tried to open pool out liner was trashed and we still didn't get to try the K36. Once we finally did it was acting a little funny and poping wheelies. Their support was great and they shipped out a new unit immediatly and new unit was perfect. Return was also free. I told my neighbor and he bought one as well.
