IMPRESSIVE
ILA run a tight ship and were very organised and made everything extremely simple and easy to follow. I could only talk to them during my lunch hour while I was at work and they were more than happy to accommodate this and they were happy to WhatsApp me as I could not download any of their other chat programs onto my work, laptop or phone. This also worked extremely well. The gentleman I spoke to was thorough, left no Stone unturned, and discussed multiple possible scenarios with me to ensure that I was aware of what I was agreeing to. I left the meeting feeling that I had been very well informed and that ILA had my best legal interests at heart. Without hesitation, I would recommend them to anybody seeking independent legal advice. I have one word to describe ILA, their staff and service….IMPRESSIVE.

Efficient throughout the process
Effective, professional, efficient, friendly, understanding and available. Was more expensive than my local solicitor would have been but they had no availability for weeks. As such I was delighted to pay the extra. Jack was great on the call and the system was smooth as silk.
