ILA for litigation loan
From the initial correspondence with Lucy, she was very quick to get things sorted out. She kindly did the work needed for my ILA very promptly. I was offered a same day appointment from the company to see one of their solicitors. The solicitor I saw was very good. She made the advice interesting, and was very friendly, efficient and jovial. It was 1st class service and the whole process turned around in just over 24 hours, and my litigation loan sorted. Very impressed, and at a very stressful time, all very much appreciated. Highly recommended. Thank you

Great service
Great service. I was really impressed and relieved at the great service from Luke at ILA. I was nervous about reaching out and anxious about the process I was wading through but he explained it all, put my mind at rest. The service was efficient and smooth - thank you!

ILA ,fast and efficient with outstanding communication
A big shout out to the Lucy's that helped me out recently with legal advice. Lucy Baldina is professional and very organised and nothing was too much trouble, communication was first rate. Lucy Beck for handling the advice and again thoroughly professional.ILA is a refreshing change on the legal profession where they are fast effecient and get it right first time.

Needed Independent Legal Advice. The process was generally simple and plenty of appointments were available. The team were also very reachable in case of questions etc and responded swiftly.
