You don’t always get what is advertised
The rico reacher I received was NOT the same as the one pictured. The other folding reacher appears as advertised and is functional.
Independent Living reimbursed me for the wrong reacher. However, that was only after I insisted that they were obliged to, under the consumer’s act.
ie, goods supplied by were not as advertised. ( They initially said they wouldn’t take it back. )
Of note, I have ordered several things from independent living in the past and have always found them very reliable. I will continue to buy goods from them (might just check some details first tho, lol)

My raised toilet seat makes so much difference
I can get up without needing to feel behind for support from the toilet roll cabinet and without causing a shooting pain through my back. Because I am short my feet don’t touch the floor when I sit down but it isn’t a problem.

I was searching for arm protectors on line and your company popped up and had exactly what I was looking for at a great price.
