David was fantastic. I went to three other mortgage brokers who were unable to help me secure a mortgage due to my unconventional income and accounts (self-employed contractual freelancer, IR35, PAYE etc.).

David found me a provider with ease. He was communicative and obliging throughout, checking products and rates often to ensure the best deal.
