I’d highly recommend Ideal Mortgage Advisors. I was given their details through a colleague when my mortgage was due to be renewed, and I dealt with Alex Kemp throughout the process. He was quick & efficient, explaining the steps to me throughout, in a simple yet professional manner.
Some situations arose which meant I remained with my existing Mortgage lender, however Alex dealt with everything for me & just explaining what paperwork was required from myself.
He has already explained what will happen when my mortgage is due to be renewed again, & will be in touch so that it’s one less thing for me to remember.
Due to remaining with the same lender, this all came at zero to me, which was highly appreciated.
