We were attracted to this cruise and land based tour of Vietnam and Cambodia because it seemed to combine many of the qualities we seek in a travel experience at what seems a good value for what’s provided. Since we won’t be traveling for a year, we can only comment on the booking process and the expertise of our agent, Vincent. Vincent was thoroughly knowledgeable about the details of our tour, and clearly had traveled to this area himself. He explained everything and answered our questions completely and with great patience. His follow through and attention to detail was exceptional. We hope that our tour lives up to the high expectations we have from our experience with Vincent.

I just booked at 26 day Rail and Cruise to Japan with Imagine Cruising. This is one of the places on my bucket list and Rene was very helpful explaining the trip and what is being offered.

Ren'ee was fantastic (Our American friends recommended her). She is incredibly professional and went above and beyond to help us. Her communication is excellent and quick.
Our enquiry was probably a bit more complex than most, as we had two parties from two different countries holidaying together and Ren'ee guided us seamlessly through the process.

Spoke to Craig. He was professional and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions about the cruise. He discovered why I had not received any information from the cruise line and rectified it. He even processed the information I needed to give the cruise line. It was so refreshing to speak to a customer service representative that truly takes pride in his job helping people.

The customer service representative, Aimee was delightful and very informative and patient. When she needed to check on cabin availability or some other concern we had she was very polite and let us know we would on a short hold.
Also her follow thru with emails of our agenda info and receipt of our deposit was in a timely manner.

Though our trip is still more than a year away, I feel that I had built up my confidence on this trip after downloading on line all the documents and informations
I needed furnished by Imagine Cruising. The itineraries and schedules are very clear and precise. I look forward for a wonderful journey next year, May 24, 2027.

We’ve only just booked our trip, so this is preliminary, but I can say the South Africa trip ticked all the boxes for us as to what was provided. Our agent Harry Powell was excellent, thorough, friendly and very capable and ultimately caused us to go through with putting down our deposit. I’ll look to update this review or do another review once we’ve taken the trip.
