Our initial telephonic contact with Imagine Cruising (Mr. Wrobel) was perfect. He patiently and fully answered all our questions, and helped convince us to sign up for an IC travel package that we had been considering. Looking forward to more positive interactions in the future.

Ease of booking

Renee was able to get us a place on the tour.
Renee was able to get us a place on the tour even though it was fully booked at the time when we first called. It took a couple days but Renee was able to arrange it.

So far, the booking went so smoothly.
So far, I've just booked a 29 day trip to include 14 days in India followed by. 14 day cruise on Holland America. Harvey was excellent to work with. He answered all of my questions and got us booked
If the actual trip goes as well as the booking did, it will be a 10 out of 10!
