“Unreal” - a very happy recipient!
The gift recipient was delighted and described the hamper as “unreal”. The ability to choose a particular day for delivery was great. I’d recommend Imp and Maker to anyone. Far more exciting and feels better value than other hamper companies.

Very impressed
I ordered two mystery hampers for Christmas presents because I’d already bought two hampers previously and was very pleased with the quality and service provided. My only gripe is that the tin of olives was very badly dented and the chocolates sell by date was before Christmas.

Hi Susan, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re so pleased to hear you’ve previously enjoyed our hampers and service! Regarding the mystery hampers, it was clear in the description that some items may have packaging defects or wouldn’t meet the standards of our year-round hampers. This allowed us to offer them at 70% off.
The tinned olives, for example, have an expiry date of 2026, so while the packaging may have imperfections, the product remains perfectly safe to enjoy and just as delicious. As a company, we’re committed to reducing food waste, and offering these items in our mystery hampers is part of that effort.
We truly appreciate your continued support and hope the hampers still brought joy this Christmas.

Steak Hamper, amazing!
I received some long term service points through work and this came up as on option. I ordered the steak date night hamper and it was brilliant. Arrived very quickly, all fresh and the steak was huge. Would definitely recommend again.

Slow delivery. Things out of date prior to wanting to give the hamper as a gift. Contacted them but no reply. Very dissatisfied.

As this gift contained fresh products that need refrigerating its not one that can be kept for 3 months, we do however have slots right up to Christmas to book so this could be delivered fresh closer to Christmas. Alternatively if you wanted the gift to keep from now we have other longer life foodie options. Because of your feedback we will make this clearer on our website. Delivery disappointment
The selection was good and my partner loved the gift.
Unfortunately, although I specified a date, her birthday, I was told that unfortunately it wouldn't be delivered until the next day even though it had been dispatched for delivery the day requested. Very disappointing.
