If you planning on buying anything…

If you planning on buying anything online with incredible connection,do it at your own risk,they are a big scam,thieves.I bought a kenwood food processor on the 06/04/25,they were sapposed to deliver in 2 to 5 working days,today is day 6,my parcel was collected at a workshop somewhere in Pretoria but has still not reached me,have never waited for a parcel that I bought online so long,also a complaint was lodged by them on the 11/04/25 have not got any response whatsoever.They have a head office number (0860011700)calling that number is also a big nuisance,they let you hold for minutes mind you,you are holding using your airtime,the head office is of no help...kindly buy online with incredible connection on your own accord,they don't deliver parcels.I have been scammed by this company.

I ordered a Macbook on their online…but no delivery after 10 days, still waiting.

I ordered a Macbook on their online shop, big mistake. It's been 10 days and haven't received any follow up since the parcel "left the warehouse". I lodged a complaint and apparently they will get back to me after 24 working hours (which is 3 working days). It's been 2 working days since my complaint, no feedback yet. I am a frequent online shopper, and it's seldom that deliveries take longer than 3 days to my address.

UPDATE: After much uncertainty and stress, the delivery took place on day 16. The courier from Skynet did not call me on my number, but instead handed the Macbook over to a neighbour across the street. Luckily, we know each other, but in general I don't think it's a good idea for couriers to take shortcuts like this. Regrettably I cannot recommend Incredible Connection as the entire ordeal was horrible.

Lied about tech support, charge sky high pricesght security cam from waterfront…

Bought security cam from waterfront incredible connection. Severiano lied saying couldn't assist me to connect to my phone in store then when it wouldn't work at home said to come in and the technician would assist. Tech nician laaiq incredible rude man wouldn't touch it as he said he'd never worked on one and had I read the instructions? Even the store manager didn't help. I was there an hour v until a young woman finally gave me my money back. Ride and unhelpful staff and they justify their extra cost because they offer service to set up. What a joke

No aftersales service

I purchased a Microsoft product online from Incredible Connection. When I registered it for a warranty repair with Microsoft it said the product was out of warranty before I bought it. I tried to get support from Incredible Connection but they told me to take it up with Microsoft as they can’t help me. Still struggling to get it resolved and asked IC three times to help. All I am getting is generic answers from them. They are happy to sell you something but after sales service doesn’t exist. I will not support Incredible Connection again. Rather support Matrix Warehouse.

I bought a MacBook from Incredible…

I bought a MacBook from Incredible Connection with a promised delivery window of 2–5 working days. The purchase itself was smooth — no complaints there.

But the delivery (via Amarex) was a disaster. Despite tracking clearly showing it wouldn’t arrive on time, I reached out multiple times to both companies with no urgency or proper feedback from either. The item was supposed to be delivered by Wednesday, and I had critical deadlines based on that. No one took responsibility or even tried to assist meaningfully.

Extremely disappointed. I won't be using either service again.

The worst service I’ve received from…

The worst service I’ve received from the group at delivery phase
Someone at the warehouse just sleeps on his/her job when the order have been placed and payed for.

My tv was only delivered days later after making numerous calls and emails surpassing timeframe they have given me.

I do not recommend this company there many alternatives try them first.

This has to be the worst delivery…

This has to be the worst delivery service in SA, it is either incredible connection change their courier partner or they will lose customers.
Aramax received my item 2 days ago they are still packaging it to this day I have place an order on the 20th of Feb now as I write this it is 27th of Feb no communication,nothing.
Do not place order online rather go and get your item yourself.

I am writing to formally lodge complaint for terrible service

I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint against Incredible Connection regarding an order I placed on February 7th for a 3-piece set of suitcases—a high-value purchase I made specifically for my upcoming travels on February 20th. I assumed that placing my order almost two weeks in advance would allow more than enough time for delivery. However, the experience I have had with your company has been nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

Instead of receiving the full 3-piece set I paid for, I was delivered only one suitcase, which is worth less than half of what I originally paid. Naturally, I attempted to log a query immediately upon delivery, expecting prompt assistance to resolve this mistake. I was assured that a complaint had been logged on my behalf and that I would receive feedback within 24 hours.

However, after receiving no communication whatsoever, I contacted customer service again—only to find out that my query had never been logged in the first place! Instead, I was told that it would now be logged at that point. Why was I misled about this from the start?

Following this, I was asked to provide photos of the incorrect product, which I did immediately. Despite my prompt response, it then took another four days for me to receive any further communication. I was eventually informed that the incorrect order would be collected yesterday, but, as expected, this did not happen—further delaying the process and adding unnecessary frustration.

When I inquired with Modjadji Maimela about whether I could return the incorrect order myself to the warehouse and collect the correct one, I received insufficient and vague information. No apology has ever been expressed to me for this complete failure of service.

This is beyond unacceptable. I demand to be put in direct contact with a senior representative from Incredible Connection who is actually capable of resolving this matter. I must receive my correct order by today—NO EXCEPTIONS. Given the amount of money I have spent, I refuse to tolerate any further delays, poor communication, or incompetence.

I expect an urgent resolution, or I will have no choice but to escalate this further.

Useless

Useless. They do not care whether you receive your online shopping or not. They don’t follow up with the courier company at all. I purchased a kindle online on the 20 January received an email from Incredible Connection on the 24 to say it was delivered when it wasn’t. I logged a query with Incredible connection only to be told it’s out for delivery. Today I cancelled the transaction as 6 days later as I have not received it. Incredible connection couldn’t be bothered. I called the courier company to check if they had my correct details and they confirmed that my address was correct. Incredible Connection do not care. They use an incompetent courier company and make no effort to make sure there online purchases are delivered timeously. I will never shop with them again. The worst online shopping experience that I’ve had
