Was forced to use this platform for…
Was forced to use this platform for collecting royalties from my label. Have no idea how long will the payment to be processed , they are providing PayPal as a method of payment method and it should be easy since only an e-mail is needed but it took a week but nothing happened. Tried to write to their email but no one is replying as well. No idea what I should do next

Long response time to emails
Long response time to emails. Still waiting for my pre-save link. This has been going on for weeks. My track releases next week. Not sure what’s happened, they used to have great customer service. Very disappointed. I also have had a number of logging in problems and clicking on the information of my releases with internal error service notifications popping up.

Ever had a distributor where support is absolutely dreadful? Yeah me too.. So I decided to give a chance to a new distributor albeit my hope was a bit lost in having actual proper support.. These guys at indiemassive have gotta be THE BEST support i've ever received often times emailing back within 30 minutes to fix something for me. absolutely AMAZING support at low rates too. Can't recommend this distributor enough, these guys are the real deal!
Best distributor I have ever worked with so far
I was recommended IndieMassive by a Redditor who swore up and down about this service, and oh my god, they weren't kidding. So far IndieMassive has been the best service when it comes to distributing my music. They have been super responsive, answered questions I may have, and despite my living across the ocean from where they are located, they have responded to me at consistent times every time.
I have some gripes with the system, but since they are using a whitelabel service, I won't critique them too harshly. I wish there were an option to opt in to sync licensing and YouTube content ID on particular projects, rather than it being a single option for YT music and the Content ID system. But other than that (again, not their fault, just the whitelabel service), I am grateful to be a part of the IndieMassive family!

As a musician that had never released…
As a musician that had never released music by myself on streaming services it all seemed a bit daunting. After some research I ended up using Indiemassive and couldn’t be happier. Questions were answered within a day and any issues were promptly addressed and solved. My music was released at the exact requested moment and is currently on the requested streaming services without any issues. I will keep using Indiemassives services with confidence.
Excellent Distribution Via Boutique Alternative to Big Aggregators
I haven’t reached the royalties phase yet, but the release experience was excellent. Nice working with a boutique operation. Very responsive - I read horrible things about the bigger aggregators ignoring help requests. My songs went out to all of the DSPs without a hitch.

Run almost 1year and no royalties show in account.
When ask the support , the support only still said calculate the royalty and the report of royalty also cannot be seen.

We are a Band - akaOCDs
This company has been super for us. This company has been very helpful to us. We are a real band (akaOCDs) that writes, sings and produces our own music. We signed a contract a bit ago, and I have zero complaints. We bumped into a spelling error on a song, reported it from Nevada USA, and it was fixed immediately. We had a code error in a song title which was immediately fixed. We have had questions and all those questions were answered promptly and fully. This group of people have been a blessing, a TRUE blessing, to our band – Thank you IndieMassive from Nevada USA, sincerely, akaOCDs – a folk Christian Americana Band!

Almost 6 months and no royalties.
For months I have been unable to see…
For months I have been unable to see royalty information on individual releases. This is very problematic for collaborations and ultimately the reason why I cancelled my account. Not being able to export sales data to CSV was also a big issue.
Looks like i have been scammed!
Sure most of the comments here are fake. I subscribed for a one year plan and i couldn't find a tab that makes you upload your music. Looks like i have been scammed.
