Customer service is amazing.
Customer service is amazing, I had my ring for around 6 weeks and a stone had fallen out. After emailing I got a very fast response every time. They were were very quick in their investigation and resolution. They went above and beyond! Definitely a company I would recommend and will be using again in the future.

I have noted we previously spoke via the live chat and a phone call but you didn't seem to show any dissatisfaction of the product itself, although you highlighted with the eco-friendly designer custom shipping box wasn't to your personal style.
This box is very expensive, as it is made of super strong materials, as well as designer special art paper in a custom size to fit through your letter box without any disruption.
Of course this box contains the custom designer luxurious large supersoft microfibre pouch with premium ribbon as well as a free microfibre cleaning cloth, which other brands charge £5+.
We also included super thick care cards and thank you cards to complete package within the contents but please remember to recycle any packaging you no longer wish to keep.
The packaging seems to attract a very favourable response from many of our customers, as we are very big on looking after the environment, as research shows the display packaging you desired end up in a landfill and isn't reused for storage.
I am also pleased to announce as a result of your purchase, we planted a tree and helped poorer communities on the back of your purchase, therefore lowering co2 emissions.
I am sorry you feel the infinity Necklace is thin and plain but please rest assured this is a very strong chain and considerably thicker than other major brands.
The pendant alone weighs nearly 5 grams in precious metals and has a beautiful twist, as well superior stones.
This also comes complete with a super thick coating of 18k White Gold, which is very rare and 100 times thicker than the alternative company you mentioned based in another continent but claiming it as "fine jewellery."
If you put our necklace side by side with other major brands, I am sure you will see our stones also have a superior sparkle, as we have opted for the best of the best in each aspect, while offering excellent value.
I am pleased the necklace arrived the next working day after your order was placed and I hope you are happy with our teams customer service in answering all of your questions.

Great Value Jewelers
One of the best value jewellers out there with many luxurious-looking pieces - my girlfriend was impressed by the earrings I got from the site as they looked gorgeous sparkly. As for the offers, they're exceptionally good and is perfect if you're looking for jewellery on a decent budget. My only issue was the packaging - I feel there could be better options i.e. a easy to use recyclable jewellery box for gifting or choice in what style bag you would like.

Regarding the options for pouches.
We have created a very high-quality large luxurious supersoft microfibre pouch and a high quality bespoke shipping box with special art paper, as this is in line with our brand ethos of luxury and caring about the environment.
Many of our customers really love this and research shows customers are less likely to throw this away than alternative packaging, while this option is better for travel etc.
However, we have taken your feedback on-board and will offer more options in the near future to provide more choice for our customers individual taste.

Beautiful hand crafted jewellery
I have purchased from this company several times.. The jewellery is outstanding quality. Beautiful stones which really do look like real diamonds; in my opinion they look nicer. With all my purchases I have felt completely reassured that I get 1st class customer service, as Yusuf goes all out to make sure you are completely satisfied.

La liste indique clairement que l'article d'entrée de gamme qu'ils ont commandé est fabriqué à la main en argent sterling massif dans un revêtement super épais d'or 18 carats, qui est similaire à d'autres marques, telles que d'autres grandes marques mais de meilleure qualité.
Le client a admis avoir lu la description mais a exigé qu'il veuille un collier en or massif 18 carats, tout en admettant qu'il connaissait le prix de la matière première et comprenait que c'était impossible.
Lorsque nous avons expliqué que le coût du seul métal en or massif 18 carats par gramme est supérieur au prix qu'ils ont payé pour un collier de 40 £, ils s'en fichaient et ils avaient l'intention de vendre l'article dans un prêteur sur gages à des fins lucratives.
C'est l'équivalent d'acheter un pull de créateur et de déclarer ensuite qu'ils le veulent moins cher que le coût de la laine.
Nous avons également une gamme en or massif, mais le client a déclaré qu'il n'avait pas assez d'argent pour acheter des bijoux plus chers et qu'il était très mauvais en Algérie.
