We would also like to agree, our packaging is eco-friendly and high quality, costing more than display packaging, which ends up on a landfill.

Hello Haoming Lin,

I'm sad to see your review, as you sounded confused in the emails, which we instantly responded to outside of office hours on Sunday afternoon, so rather than sending many back and forth messages, we arranged someone to instantly call you, to assist you, which is part of our exemplary customer service.

The returns is a very simple process to return the jewellery, which is to send the necklace back via First Class Recorded Delivery and we filled out the very short 4 questions for you including your name, order number, reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange, so we can identify the return, therefore we can refund you quicker.

I am pleased to confirm your refund was approved the same day the item arrived, whereas other companies take considerably longer.

We have only had a handful of returns over the years but you are the first person to ever state it's too complicated...

We wrote the reason for the return of the necklace was the entry level necklace was "too big" despite the measurements etc being in the description but you highlighted the necklace wouldn't stay in the middle of your chest, which is the first time anyone in our team has ever heard of this in my 20+ years of experience in the jewellery trade but it's not a problem.
I'm sure you can appreciate we needed to note this as feedback, so we can improve our future designs.

I don't understand why you think this is perceived blame, as every company needs to know the reason for a return, as it helps to cater for better product design etc.

You also stated the stone was "flat cut" but this is not the case, as it is 10 Hearts and Arrows Cut, which is the highest grade of Cut and even in our returns investigation video recording for the return, it is clearly evident it has a beautiful shimmering sparkle throughout but we instantly processed your refund, so I am sad to see this warranted a 1 star review.

The reason for the small deduction for the return is because you stated you only wore it for 1 minute but decided to dispose of the packaging and inserts.
Also when you sent the item back, you shoved everything in a little larger than a business card size envelope and the necklace was scratched but we managed to buff it out for you, whereas other companies would of charged more or rejected the return entirely.

We have a recording of how everything was packaged and quality checking the item and we are sad to see the returned item wasn't done with any care whatsoever.

Nevertheless, thank you for your consideration and we hope your future purchases from other brands will meet your expectations and the returns process will be more to your satisfaction.

Hello Yun,

Actually, that's not the case, as we explained, you purchased an entry level bracelet for £36 but you insisted you wanted it to be solid 18k white gold.

As we explained, it is impossible to have a handcrafted bracelet in solid gold for only £36, when the cost of 1 gram of Gold univerally would cost more than the entire bracelet, so it's not possible for anyone in the world to sell a bracelet weighing approximately 2 grams for far less than the cost of the raw materials alone, while you kept shouting "that's not my problem" on the phone call.

We also explained all of the materials in the description but you said you didn't bother to read it.
We have sold many of these Circle bracelets, while many customers come back to buy it as gifts and it is a truly beautiful bracelet but I am sorry you have unrealistic expectations.

The bracelet picture even shows "925" in the picture, so even if you didn't read the description, I'm sure you looked at the item, you purchased.

Please note, many companies such as Pandora, Astley Clarke, Tiffany's etc sell bracelets for far more money with a thin plating of Gold, while we use a super thick coating of Gold and we sell many items in Rose Gold coating and Yellow Gold coating for our entry level.

If you do wish to purchase handcrafted Solid Gold items, we also sell this but please don't expect it to cost £36.

I'm glad to hear you recognised our superfast delivery, which arrived the next day after you placed your order.

After speaking to you, it was clear you were unhappy about your large studs being too large but please note, we did state your stud earrings were 10 carat, while we also declared the full measurements in the product description and even have models wearing our jewellery to avoid any confusion.

I must also state the high quality gemstones is costly and we didn't cut any corners in obtaining the best stones, while we have received many compliments for the high quality gemstones we use in our mid-range jewellery.

Your earrings were also handcrafted by expert artisans and we paid a premium for heavy studs, as well as the skilled labour.

The price you paid is actually very close to cost price, so we are disappointed to hear you don't feel this represents good value for money but please do look at other designer brands, who have similar jewellery, charging double and even 5 times more for inferior jewellery.

If you do prefer smaller earrings, we do cater towards this as well.

Nevertheless, thank you for your purchase and we have planted a tree to help lower CO2 emissions and funded projects to help energy efficiency in countries, who need it most.

Please also note, pierced earrings are non refundable from all jewellers to avoid infection etc, which is the laws of the land, which we must abide by.

I'm glad to hear you liked the actual products, as we pay a premium for high-quality materials and everything is hand-crafted, while we are big advocates of being at the forefront for sustainable, eco-friendly jewellery and packaging.

I have noted you also received your order the next working day after placing your order, so I'm delighted our product and service was exemplary and we provided a free upgrade to special delivery.

I'm sorry the custom designed shipping box and large supersoft microfibre pouch with premium ribbon weren't to your taste but we do generally receive very favourable response from our customers and for our mission to be eco-friendly, while many brands are now following suit.

The packaging is custom made and actually cost more than the display boxes to your taste, while also created with superstrong card, bespoke special art paper, custom size to fit through the letterbox, as we previously had customers stating they missed their deliveries.

We have ordered from very expensive designer make-up brands and the shipping box was a plain brown box, which is becoming very common online but we used superior packaging.

Also, the special boxes we provide are sustainable and eco-friendly, while the boxes you prefer end up on a landfill and harm our environment, so we try to limit this for fine jewellery or for orders upon request.
The large premium supersoft microfibre pouch is also re-usable and we receive many great comments from customers stating they love this and keep using our packaging to store their jewellery, while more and more brands are moving towards this.

Nevertheless, I hope the wearer enjoys our amazing superior jewellery and if you do decide to buy from us in the future, please feel free to contact us and we can provide a non-eco-friendly box, which is exclusive for our fine jewellery, rather than our entry-level jewellery.

Please also note, we have planted trees on your behalf for your purchases to help the environment.

We do get a lot of repeat orders and I am optimistic we will see you again, while you will become a fan of our beautiful jewellery.
