I ordered the moonstone & white topaz teardrop halo statement ring in 18k rose gold vermeil.
InfinityXinfinity kept me up informed throughout the order and delivery process, when my item arrived from the manufacturer it was posted really quickly and was with me shortly after.
When I unboxed my ring it was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be more happy with it!
The staff at InfinityXinfinity answered my questions and provided fantastic support. It is great to find a company that cares about their customers and products so much. I will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Dear Franciska, I’m really sad to hear you’re not happy with your purchase.
As stated in the description on multiple occasions, the item you purchased is made from solid Sterling Silver base with a super thick coating of 18k white gold, which is very long lasting and gives it a luxurious look.
The scrap value of gold would cost more than the purchase price of your beautiful handcrafted earrings but I’m sure you’ll agree your 2-in-1 Halo stud earrings are very well made and extremely beautiful.
We will be introducing solid gold pieces very soon but expect the price to increase.

Item received promptly and packaged well. The rose quartz earrings appear to be as described - they are a present, so haven't been worn yet.
Would recommend company as the Director/ sales team apply a very personal touch.
