After taking the dashboard and center console apart to install the brake controller and reassembling it, I thought the hard part was done. When I went to I program the obd with the obd genie, it failed. I called customer support. They gave me a reset process and it failed again. I was told to exchange the genie but unfortunately, a replacement won’t be shipped until they receive the defective unit. This should put me at least a week behind and that is if the new one works.

The radio worked and is great but says a device is not supported. I have emailed and called and can not get an answer on how to fix
I'm a little disappointed in the support associated with the purchase.

The system came in a very nice package. The system installed very easily. The only issue I have was that the black mounting bracket that has four screws was damaged either from the factory or in delivery. I called infotainment and asked for a replacement bracket but haven’t heard back or received a replacement part.

The sales team was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.
Thanks to their YouTube installation video it only took 5 minutes to install the radio.

The 8.4" unit for my Ram truck arrived within a couple days of ordering it. The personnel I dealt with were professional, courteous and helpful. The backup camera, compass and temperature did not work initially, but a call to customer service and they indicated those items could take as long as 48 hours to work again, and they were correct, those items now work perfectly. The 4 way emergency button on the new bezel would get stuck in the "on" position. When I spoke to customer service they indicated the entire unit would have to be sent back to address the button before they could send a replacement. Rather than send it back, I ended up taking it apart and removed molding/casting slag with a needle file and some 600 grit paper. It works fine now. The new unit is much improved over the 5" screen.

This was ordered to replace a component on a truck in our body shop.

I purchased a new 2020 Silverado RST that retails for over $53000, and couldn’t believe it did not have Satellite XM radio!
The selling dealer said it was standard but they were Wong!
The dealer said he would check to see if it could be added and said GM said it could not be done!
I did some research on the internet and came across your company and called and talked with Jerry who was very helpful he assured me the components I would receive were all genuine GM Components and if I provided him with my Vin# it would be pre programmed and a simple swap of the radio module and antenna I would have XM radio all operating through my Factory 8” screen
Same as if it came from GM with XM
I have a friend of mine who is a GM tech that swapped the Radio Module and the Shark Finn Antennae, I started up the truck and everything worked perfectly I now have Factory XM Satellite Radio,

Exactly what I needed easy enough to hookup

Purchased an REC radio for my Ram 2500, upgraded to back-up camera model. Delivery was delayed due to Covid-19 so not their fault. It was, however, delivered without the navigation disc or cover for disc slot. Also, unit was not cleaned completely during reconditioning, still dusty around the front edges. After receiving nav disc, basic functions work as designed, but back-up camera will not display. Even though I purchased the programmer bundle through Infotainment, I am told I have to work through OBDGenie to address this concern. Good place to find OEM units, but very pricey. I could have went aftermarket and saved around 50%, but I like keeping the truck as original as possible.

Everybody was helpful however I cannot get traffic with the 2020 equinox infotainment upgrade as described in your advertisement - this is a major disappointment as navigation without traffic is half a package and is not usable. I did get a discount for the traffic but I should haver sent it back.

Very helpful and responsive staff and a quality product coupled with video instructions that helped to make the process even smoother. I am looking forward to some of the other products they are offering
