Great product especially if you are looking to maintain a stock look upgrade! Install was as easy as the video showed, didn’t require any assistance. Looks great, couldn’t be happier!

After installing the TBC in my 2020 RAM it would not display on the 12" Uconnect screen. I was invited to your facility in Oviedo and Crystal and the guys diagnosed the problem and did a little re-programing in less than an hour and problem solved.
Helpful Hint: Remove the last page of instructions from the kit, its not needed, its for dealership installs.

I give 3 stars because I was helped in a timely manner. Unfortunately for me, I returned the unit because my experience with the unit was nothing like the advertised description or video. It states that it’s all plug and play and all factory things will remain usable. I ordered the unit with navigation and Apple CarPlay/Android auto. Neither of those three worked on my unit at all. I feel like I received a unit that someone returned to them. Along with those not working, when I received my unit, the main harness adapter was missing. I had to wait 4 days to receive it because they couldn’t help me over The Weeknd (which I understand not working on the weekend. Hence the 3 stars). Spoke with a representative early Monday morning, Sammy, who was helpful. He overnighted the harness. Now I’m excited again that I get to use this very nice OEM infotainment system! Wrong. Plugged everything in. It comes on nicely. But Navi and maps are grayed out. Will not allow me to click on them. So fine, who cares I really wanted the unit for Apple CarPlay anyways. Wrong again. Plugged phone in, no Apple CarPlay, just plays music just like my old unit did. Plug my note 10 in. No android auto, doesn’t even recognize my note 10 at all. I also had to re-pair my phone to Bluetooth every time I started my car. Voice recognition didn’t work either. I am sad that I didn’t get this unit to work. I was really looking forward to having it! Especially an OEM factory device that all factory things would still work. I am happy that I get the full refund and return shipping was covered and thank you Sammy fort he communication.

Extremely fast turn and very easy to work with.

After finding the brake controller I needed, I couldn’t find the form to provide my vehicle’s VIN number, so I used the chat feature to ensure the item was in stock and inquire about the missing form. Other than asking the stock question twice to get an answer, I placed the order. Shipping was fast and delivery was within a week. Item was exactly as advertised, installed easily and is working great. Overall a very good experience.

Received the brake controller as described. My 17 year old boy and I hooked it up I’m roughly 2 hours without any issues. I’m very happy with purchase and communication with them. I ordered the brake controller for the 2019 Ram.

It took a little while to get the DRL PROGRAMMER but it arrived today. Infotainment has some terrific products, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The folks at Infotainment are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Perfect fit. Everything worked great. It was a fairly easy install and works just as I had hoped. Also shipped quicker than expected. Very happy with the product.

I received the product but had a question I emailed them with no response. There product is not really what they claim. I watched there video and it is misleading.
I emailed before I purchased the product and still order it I'm not completely dissatisfied but if there is an issue I probably would not recommend them.

Product works well. Only giving 2 stars as it took about 5 days for someone to respond on the status of the order, as well as no information as to when the product would be shipped, or was shipped. Customer service needs improvement.

It didn't work so I am returning it. Already have an RMA and will mail back monday.

Recommend for all your Upgrade needs. Quick and supportive company.

Awesome decision to replace the radio
OEM everything works as it should
I tried with my jeep JL to replace with a Pioneer
I ended up returning it and going with this
You loose features like backup camera with other systems
And it only took minutes to install!!!
