Very quick and easy to order including the option to select original cartridges without the outer packaging which I did. Everything arrived the following day, and I appreciated the return label for empty cartridges. The little bag of sweets was a lovely addition. Great price and great service. I will definitely use Ink Robot again.

The first cartridge I received printed grey rather than black. I emailed Ink Robot who immediately offered to replace it. I received the replacement the next day and it is now fine. Good customer service.

These cartridges are original Epson printer ink cartridges sealed in airtight pouches. Delivered quickly and without being boxed they were easier to post and delivered in good condition.

When it comes to purchasing ink for my printer, I realised I’ve been showing loyalty to a website but receiving none in return. So I decided to shop around & that’s how I came across Ink Robot. They sell genuine ink cartridges for all the big brand printers as well as remanufactured options, which I can’t comment on yet as I’ve only bought the genuine Epsom cartridges so far. There’s a lot to like about this company, they offer free shipping which most people look for or if you’re in a rush, you can opt for Royal Mail 24 for £1.95 but it’s the whole eco friendly company attitude that I’m most impressed with. I ordered a multipack which consists of 4 cartridges & when the package arrived, it had the 4 sealed ink cartridges but came without all the unnecessary plastic outer packaging & it also included a prepaid label for posting back any used cartridges with an incentive for each one returned. So as well as getting the ink I need at a cheaper price, I also feel that I’m doing my bit for the environment. It really is an excellent concept. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ink Robot & I will definitely be buying my ink from here again.
