Marcus from Innovation Group visited my property today to investigate an external pipe issue. Marcus was thorough and explained his findings in detail using the CCTV footage. I found Marcus to be knowledgeable and very professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Marcus for future work.

I have just used Innovation 4 business to help with SDLT on a purchase. Luke was great, the process was extremely easy and smooth. Highly recommend.

Service was fantastic, lads that done job worked hard and did a great job, kept us well informed on what was going on, would definitely recommend this company 👍

The two gentlemen are very polite and friendly..

Kim arrived early & got going straight away. He worked very hard and kept the spoils bagged up nice and tidy. He was very friendly and informative throughout the 2 day job and left the work area very neat and tidy. We are very happy and enjoyed a trouble free experience.

Excellent work, Liam and Charlie were very professional and did the work sympathetically, leaving the kitchen very clean and tidy.

Well mannered, Faz and Joel were very polite and left the area as they found it.

Started the repair privately as was needed urgently then engaged Innovation straight after, sending photos and detailed information Weeks later, I can't get any response by any source - phone, email, visit - nothing at all. On hold or cut off from switchboard consistently. Happy to give a better review if I ever hear from them again!

Declan and Brendan visited today to carry out some investigative work. Very informative. Also very polite. Punctual.
They were very tidy workers and left the garden in the same way they found it

Lee and John came to repair underground pipes. Very professional team. Worked diligently. Polite, courteous and friendly. Left site clean, tidy. Explained what had been done. Even sprinkled grass seed over where the lawn had been disturbed during groundwork; very thoughtful and unexpected.

Yesterday we had great service from Declan and Brendan from Innovation Group. They were informative, helpful and polite. They did a great job and left everything as they found it. Very good customer service and I hope they both receive the recognition they deserve.

Lee from Innovation Group attended my property yesterday with his team.

He arrived on time in fact he sat outside in his van till the appointment and then attended. He was polite, professional and went thr extra mile.

He tidied up after the works where completed and informed me of the work that was carried out.

The work that I inspected was clean well done and clearly will last the rest of time.

He went above and beyond what he had to do.

I would not just recommend but strongly advise that you call him for his advise and a quote for work to be carried out.
