Terry was very professional in carrying out the work he was assigned.that was nforming me what he was assigned to do.
What i found extra helpful was him explaining the process on what happens next and the possible scenarios should anything else come up after the monitoring. That really helped in managing my expectations on the time frames and the number of professionals that may have to be involved. Good clear communication.

Liam Brennan attended for two days to finalise work. Ably assisted on second day by Charlie Dixon

Mr Rollinson, the Supervisor, and his team were very helpful and friendly while being thoroughly professional. I felt my concerns were fully understood and accounted for and I was totally reassured by his involvement.

Chaps were on time and got the job done well Alan and James were fantastic

Kim & Ronnie: Arrived on time, fully briefed and with all necessary kit. Kim explained what they were going to do and the potential implications. Afterwards, Kim explained clearly they had managed to resolve one of the problems without excavating by finding a hidden ridding eye. The other issue was resolved by inserting a patch in the drain. Again Kim explained this clearly and showed me the CCTV image of the completed work. Site was left tidy and both Kim & Ronnie were cheerful and helpful throughout. Very satisfactory all round.

Liam and Charlie arrived at the agreed time, they were very curtious. Cleared away any mess as they worked and left the site as no one had been there .

What a very kind and caring gentleman- totally understood that the issue was difficult for my elderly mother and although it was a water board issue he still did why he could to unblock the drain and make is safe for my mother, a thank you doesn’t se enough - very respectful and friendly and we are very grateful for his kindness

Chris and Charlie. Were both professional and courteous from the moment they arrived. They quickly assessed the issue and explained every thing to me. They took the time to ensure that the leak was completely fixed before filling any holes needed for the repair back to its former state.

I suspected subsidence on my house and had a drain survey done (another company) along with Thames Water’s assessment on the main drain. I then had Terry Jones come round from Innovation Group who did a 5 star job proving how bad Thames Water and the previous drainage survey company were. Delighted with the assessment.

Freddie and Cody arrived promptly, explained what they were going to do and once they had finished Freddie explained the next steps and tidied up so you wouldn't have known they'd been.

An excellent experience, prompt, thorough and very informative

18/4/26 Bill and Ben (amused me I'm of that era) arrived within the time slot I had been advised. A lovely couple of lads, cheerful, informative and made no mess (or cleaned up effectively). You have a couple of stars there.

Matthew came out to check suspected drain damage. Friendly, polite and informative, very happy with the service I received

Very poor service , my claim through Halifax took forever , the repairs done were extremely poor , communication pathetic . Innovative group keep ignoring emails , calls & text messages re faults etc . It’s taken an average of 6-7 months to get an issue checked out & even after that fixing & correction has been 25-35 % at best . Subsidence cracks filled roughly plastered & painted now cracks reforming ,paintwork at decoration very poor & shabby . They were to do repairs on drains put new plastic drains in but not done issues still present .Decoration meant to be done after nil movement of house but now just been informed via email that house is moving hence new cracks & theyre not doing anything re these .Don’t use them ever !!!! Very stressful & extremely poor customer service . The receptionists were the only decent people in the company but the rest very dismissive, ?racist they’ve ignored my emails , calls etc from beginning of claim to now so 2024 -2026.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Alex Bull and Harry Brice (Job No. 126774) for their excellent service today. They were professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job. I really appreciate their hard work!

A great result in terms of sorting my drainage problem but really refreshing was the prompt service backed up by Matthew’s professional approach, understanding of the situation and providing useful advice. Really appreciated. Thank You
