Great customer service came before christmas please with item and my daughter loved the ring would recommend

I made my purchase on November 24 2022 and it was scheduled to arrive before Christmas which I had planned to propose to my partner on Christmas day. Unfortunately, my order was lost along the way and I did not receive it until mid-January. I am still rating 4/5 because customer service was amiable and they took all the steps to ensure I got my product. Although I didn't get to propose the way I originally planned, I took this as an opportunity to do something more meaningful. I would also like to add that due to the affordable price, I was able to prepare a very special moment for my partner over a fancy dinner and a customized ring box matching her tastes. If your partner truly loves you and doesn't expect you to go bankrupt over a ring (assuming you're unable to drop thousands on a single ring) I absolutely recommend Innovato.

I found that the item was delayed at Heathrow Airport for well over a week so disappointed there but when items did arrive really pleased

Looks excellent. The diameter was smaller than I realized. I bought it for a 6 year old and I will need to sew combs or add a strap for it to stay on his head. The quality is very nice. He loves it.

Rook longer to arrive than expected but we are in uncertain times.

I ordered 2 items for family members for Christmas. Both items by no means were as described on website. The black stainless steel necklace was not only cheap looking but 1/2 in short and didn’t come with velvet bag. The Celtic tree necklace was more pot metal cheap plastic then stainless steel. I was not going to give these items as gifts. Too embarrassed. If wanting to get a refund I had to send items back on my dime and my valuable time. And partial refund was a joke and didn’t happen either. I contacted PayPal and they drop the ball on this nightmare as well. both items went to the trash so I’m hoping this $40.34 review reaches others not to buy from this company!

When I realised that I'd made an error with my order, they were quick to respond to my email and very helpful in allowing me to rectify it. I absolutely love my fiancé's ring, it is amazing.

The rings are wonderful. If i had one complaint its that they dont do .5 so the ring is a tad bit bigger than needed but other than that they are beautiful and fit nicely.
