Received my items last week, was really disappointed with the quality so requested a return and refund including postage. After a couple of emails asking me irrelevant questions I have not heard from the customer service team again

The ring i bought looked nothing like the one i got. It looks like more of a printed design than a hand crafted design

It’s a scam, bought rings the pictures are with gems the rings come with a sticker for the gem band in the middle of male rings and plastic gems for the women’s! Do not buy!

I have been buying their rings for several years. They charge only shipping which I am sure must include a bit of money for their merchandise. Their rings are beautiful and do not fall apart or tarnish or turn color. They fit quite well and I am astounded they could provide this kind of quality for the price they charge. They have never been late with their deliveries and never made a mistake in sizes. I recommend them 1,000 per cent. We should all be so lucky to have these kind of sellers everywhere on the internet. My total consumption must be close to 20 or so rings.

Ordered 2 freebie rings, nice quality, nice fit. Ordered a few more, again, nice quality, one was the wrong size, let them know, they sent the proper size very quickly and I got to keep the wrong size as well.

I just received 4 rings from Silk and Cotton and they are really nice I will be giving them to my nieces for Christmas and I think they will be very happy with them I highly recommend purchasing from them the product is very nice and the Customer Service is great I will definitely be ordering from them again

RIPOFF! Printed image of tiger eye on a cheap black metal ring. Says they’re free but pay shipping for $20. Total frauds. Uniuni was on the envelope JERRY(001)-YASFBARA was on the envelope and Silk & Cotton was on a card inside. I wish I could show you a picture of how horrible and absolutely fraudulent this is!!! Do not buy from these people!!

I placed an order back in June when they offered "free" rings. I paid shipping £36.95 as they were 8 rings so shipping was for each item. We're in August, parcel not here.

I contact them, and fair enough, is an error in the delivery address however seller is not willing to help at all.

Ordered a few products from them as gifts and they were well received with great quality! Customer service was excellent in providing assistance and allowed for issues to be resolved immediately.

I thought customer service was excellent. When I thought I ordered the bracelet too small, they changed it to a larger one. When that larger one turned out to be too large, I requested to return it for the smaller one. I am still waiting for a response to that request, but given their policies I've read, it should be no problem. The quality is great. I love the bracelet and it will clearly last a long time. The styles are amazing, too. I strongly recommend!

I ordered 2 in june off of the free ring pay shipping thing. Quality on the first 2 was what i expected by the picture. The order comes in very small package through usps (usa) took about 10 days. Ordered 2 more in July they took an extra day, the rings were smaller size, looked a little less then the pictures. But overall both orders came and not disappointed.

The postal company they use have lost my package and they are making zero effort to try and find it. It's been lost for 9 days now and I have had no updates

Its a huge SCAM!! On the 6th of May 2025, I placed an order for some rings & paid €25 as delivery charge. I didn't receive any transaction notification even though my card was debited through pay-pal. 2days later, I get a refund notification from pay-pal for €5, which I thought was odd, but still I kept hoping there may have been an error in processing the actual cost of delivery.
Fast forward to today 19/06/25, over a month after I placed the order, still no rings, no notification whatsoever and I'm still out of pocket for €20.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

The shipping time is extremely long. I made an order almost two weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet.

I ordered six rings, one of which was the wrong size. I contacted them and they sent a new one within a couple of days. They were very helpful and kind and the rings look great for the price.

Good quality tungsten carbide rings pics, but they are thin and not tungsten carbide. Ok, they give them as a deal only at the shipping price but the same rings bought on Aliexpress in China have cheaper shipping and lower total price.

This business is a clear scam don’t order!!! The rings are terrible quality and broke apart in a matter of days
