I found the course really…
Personally I found the course really useful, possibly even more than i expected or hoped for. The course tutor was friendly and interactive and all attendees were drawn into the conversations to create a wider discussion based on different thoughts and personalities. The course literature was detailed and well structured for maximum gain.

Writing a "polite" email doesn't mean it's not spam.
I don't care if you're complying or not with GDPR, you're still bothering people.
I would not trust any "professional" company to teach me anything, when they don't even know what spam is in 2025.
If you want to learn how to professionally spam without getting fined, give this company money, they're pretty good at it! Was tempted to give them 2-stars for their sarcastic replies to other reviews.

CMI Level 5 - Leadership and Management Course - 23rd-25th September in Manchester
Course was really well organised, upfront literature was clear and concise.
Louisa who delivered the course material over the 3 days was really good, very engaging, knowledgeable and kept the energy levels of all the cohorts at a good level.
Would certainly recommend this course to anybody who is already in or has aspirations to be in a leadership and management position.

Best course I've ever been on...
I attended a really great INPD course on AI for senior leaders. The course combined a mixture of learning - understanding what is AI, hands on practice with various types of AI, and thought provoking debates on the risks, opportunities and ethics of AI. It wasn't a slavish powerpoint based course, but an exploration led by a knowledgeable and skilled tutor. Highly recommend

Bespoke Training
From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Every detail handled professionally, giving me complete confidence in what to expect. The training itself was expertly delivered by our trainer Kerry she provided structure throughout and the delegates where kept engaged, the content was tailored to meet the needs of a wide range of senior roles.
Kerry's ability to connect with the delegates at every level, keeping the content relevant was clear throughout. The delivery balanced practical insights where they could apply real world application, they all left with clear takeaways. This has been one of the most valuable bespoke training courses we have invested in providing a highly impactful experience.

Great course
Great virtual Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring Programme. I had originally wanted to do in person but couldn't make the dates work so opted for online. Format worked well and there was a lot of time allocated to practice - I would have preferred a bit more time on theory and models - but overall felt it worked well and have come away with lots of new skills and ideas. William, the facilitator, was very good I liked his style and found the teaching style very practical and enjoyable.

Valuable Insight into AI in the Workplace at Management Level
On a 2-day course on AI for Managers, ran by In Professional Development, I was so impressed with the level of detail and thought that went into the content and how it was delivered.
William, who led the lessons, clearly has extensive knowledge on the subject and was very insightful. At the same time, he created a relaxed and open atmosphere for discussions all together and in smaller groups.
I enjoyed that it was encouraged to try using AI tools during the sessions and give feedback, as opposed to just consuming information without doing anything in practice.
I definitely feel a greater understanding for the potential of AI in the workplace, as well as the dangers and ethical considerations that are of equal importance to consider.

I recently completed the weeks Level 7…
I recently completed the weeks Level 7 Leadership course with David, and I can honestly say it’s been a really valuable learning experience. The course was brilliantly structured, with a strong balance between theory and practical and it challenged me to reflect my own leadership style. The tutor was knowledgeable and engaging and the peer group dynamic and good fun.
What really stood out was how relevant the learning was to my role in local government. I highly recommend the course to anyone in senior positions who is eager to lead with greater clarity and impact.

'AI for Directors and Business Leaders' - is a fantastic course
I thoroughly enjoyed the 'AI for Directors and Business Leaders' two day course. I was in awe of the presenters - they really blew me away with their knowledge, but also their teaching/knowledge sharing approach. After day one, I was so excited to begin day two, and at the end to put all I'd learned into practice. I was initially a bit fearful of AI, but I now understand how I can practically use it every day for my role, but how I can lead larger initiatives in the business as adoption grows.
