On good faith per their advice, I purchased all items to apply the product. The sales person says "it's so easy" my wife & child have applied it twice rings in my ears!! Well, not this idiot, ME! IT DIDNT WORK. No credit or replacement product however, I went direct to supplier who is willing to help Thank Goodness because these guys really don't care about customer satisfaction. My experience with them left me stressed, frustrated, out of pocket with a problem I didn't have before they said "have a nice day" and hung the phone up in my ear.
Avoid this place like the plague!!

I couldn't special order to my local Inpirations store, and could only order through stores where it said they had stock. Needed roof paint and prep/primer and had to order through 2 different stores only to get calls from both to say they weren't a stocked item and had to be ordered in. All In all, had to travel 60kms through Melbourne suburbs to collect both orders, or pay 2x delivery fees. Staff at both stores were apologetic and very helpful! Staff: great. Online order system: rubbish.

On line orders are very easy ,any stock unable staff will give you a call to let you know and order in for next time pick up.
This is done very quickly.
