Ordering online was easy, and the pickup from store was quick. Thankful for such great service.

When I got there to pick up, my order wasn't ready. I was then told what I had ordered wasn't in stock and I had to have a different product. I was ok with this but questioned what would happen as I had already paid for the other product. I was then informed that I hadn't and the payment is only processed on pick up. I paid and later on checked my account to find out that I had in fact already paid. I won't be ordering again and would like a refund for the original purchase.

This was the worst, most difficult website I have ever tried to navigate. very frustrating. Made worse by the store not having stock. I could not buy acetone and the tape I ordered was out of stock so they had to substitute another.
I will not be shopping online here again

We did the the click and collect it was very easy and the guy's in store were very helpfull.
