You sold me an oil based paint without telling me. There were no instructions about cleanup on the tin. We now have a verandah that is hydrophobic which means water pools and the leaves a mark when finally dry. Any suggestions as to a remedy would help.

The colour consultant at the Morley office was patience, helpful and pleasant to converse with. I left happy with my product and the price point was great

The staff made a great effort to locate an out of date heritage paint chart. I was after a heritage green color and the chart that the staff located was just the answer.
They were then able to supply the appropriate tin of paint. They were the "best informed" paint staff I have ever come across in more than 50 years of buying paint for household purposes.

I needed some advice on how to paint over hairline cracks in plaster. Anthony was very helpful, as was an older colleague of his, and together they gave me the comfort I was listening to experienced people. They explained what product would most likely work, and why. They were also helpful in helping me match the tint of an old colour we had previously used.

Staff were friendly,helpful,willing to help and experienced. Would highly recommend them.

The staff at Inspirations Morley WA were prepared to listen to the specific requirements of the painting job I was undertaking even though it was small but required specialist products and application info which they gave me then sourced from Dulux.

Went to the Morley store today for a paint match. The man who served me wasn’t the slightest bit interested in assisting me. I showed him a fairly sizable paint chip but he was dismissive, ‘you won’t match that’, said it wasn’t big enough to do a match. I went to another paint store and walked away with a perfect match. No problem with the size of the paint chip just a good attitude and great service. Won’t be going back to Inspirations Morley.

The lady who served us was excellent help in choosing the right colour for our situation.
She quickly got our paint ready and completed our transaction. She collected all we needed without us needing to leave the counter. She was polite when having to take a phone call and returned as quickly as she could.

I’ve been going to Bunnings to buy most of my paint but after my experience at Inspiration Paints Morley I’ll be changing my paint store.
The lady that served was very helpful,friendly and even gave me a discount.
