Great service thanks

The sealant I required was not available in stock. I was advised on the best sealant for my use of the two available. The staff member agreed to order it in and inform me when it arrived to pick-up. I had read on the website about the discount available to members and as a result obtained membership assisted by staff. As there were three cans to carried, staff assisted to carry to the car. The service was good and the staff were friendly.

On good faith per their advice, I purchased all items to apply the product. The sales person says "it's so easy" my wife & child have applied it twice rings in my ears!! Well, not this idiot, ME! IT DIDNT WORK. No credit or replacement product however, I went direct to supplier who is willing to help Thank Goodness because these guys really don't care about customer satisfaction. My experience with them left me stressed, frustrated, out of pocket with a problem I didn't have before they said "have a nice day" and hung the phone up in my ear.
Avoid this place like the plague!!

I wanted to share my experience from when I came to pick up my paint order. After confirming that you had 4 drums ready, I drove an hour and a half to the store. Unfortunately, your attitude was quite rude, as if we were begging for the paint. Communication was difficult, and in the end, I was only offered 3 drums, which was frustrating given the travel involved.

We had no option but to accept, but it really made the whole experience disappointing.

I believe being honest and straightforward could improve your sales and make it easier for painters to get their work done.

Ruben at inspiration paints Nowra was exceptional . A lovely young man who took a look at our paint sprayer on his break and got it working and gave us very helpful advice.
Inspiration paints are always very helpful but this was exceptional. We’ll be back.

Kenpsey has the rudest lady behind the desk you could ever talk to.I am a professional painter and she treated me like a 2 yr old absolute joke.
