Felipe and Pedro were just exceptional. Quick, efficient, professional, helpful and totally lovely human beings. They treated our furniture and belongings so carefully, and went above and beyond to get things where we wanted them. Could not be happier - would highly recommend them. The whole Instamove experience was smooth as silk. Phone staff were friendly and efficient. Booking, communication and invoicing were all straightforward.

Felipe and Pedro Luan helped us move today and WOW!! We had never used removalists before and now we won't be using anyone else. They were absolutely stand-out all day, efficient friendly and offering to help us however they could; even offering to pack our own car for us! The booking process was also super easy and Instamove kept us up to date the whole time. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Thiago and Jeferson from Instamove were our movers and they were amazing. They handled all our things with due care and were very professional identifying how to best fit all of our things into the truck maximising the space to ensure most of all our items are in for the move.

Also thank you to the team at the office attending to our arrangements as we had to cancel/reschedule our initial booking due to the whole family falling sick.... they were very responsive and fast to assist with the rescheduling and we were then arranged for the move almost immediately when were better!!!!

We can highly recommend Instamove for any relocation - near or far. Fernando and Alexander were extremely professional and capable, even more so due to the inclement weather on the day. Both were patient and polite and a pleasure to deal with. If we could rate them 10 stars, we would!

Fernando and Josh were well mannered and friendly. They were on time and worked efficiently whilst being careful with all of our belongings. Everything was secured carefully in the truck before they left for our home. Staff from another removal company, who happened to be moving someone else, commented on what a professional job they were doing. When we arrived at our renovated home, they were careful not to damage any floors or walls and were more than happy to place furniture where needed. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend instamove.

Diego and Jefferson showed up on time they were so fast and efficient… I would give them 10 stars if I could… they pulled things apart and put them back together perfectly… they helped me with my TV… which wasn’t in there job description…I would not hesitate to recommend them… 10 Stars guys!!!

Nicolas & David were on time friendly, helpful, & helpful. They were very careful moving all our furniture & belongings into the truck. And out into the house. Any request was satisfied with a smile. Nothing was a bother.

This company always does what it says it's going to do when it says it;s going to do it - rare these days! Reasonably priced, and the day went so smoothly! John and Roosevelt were very hard working and very pleasant, sang as they worked and were still cheerful 6 hours in. Two households moved into one. They went out of their way to fit everything into one truckload and were still working after I had paid the invoice. Thanks guys, will definitely recommend you!

The movers were 3.5 hours late, and had to use my own packing/moving supplies to safely move my furniture.

I recently used Instamove for a house move and the whole experience was fantastic. The online process was super easy, the team followed up quickly, and the crew on the day were on time, well priced, and went above and beyond. They happily helped with disassembling and reassembling furniture, were super careful with my delicate items, and got the job done better than expected. It completely took the pain out of moving — my place was ready to live in straight after the job. I’d happily use them again and highly recommend to anyone wanting an stress-free move. The lads were great just slightly let done by their English, but as it is their second language we managed great.
