Fantastic company to deal with. Customer service was spot on with communication, suggestions and assisting me throughout my purchase. I needed a quick turn around and assist with design for a wedding gift; and I couldn't be happier with the product or the time it was turned around in. 100% would use again!

Our experience with Instashade was positive and hugely professional from start to finish. The office and ordering process was courteous and responsive and the installation team were diligent, friendly and meticulous. The shades are excellent quality and we are looking forward to enjoying them for many years.

Ordered a Cafe range parasol and cover. The parasol came quickly but the cover didn't arrive. I emailed and found it was out of stock which I was unaware of. Subsequent waiting and emails and still no cover after more than a month. However they were happy to provide a pro,pt refund, The parasol itself seems good quality heavy duty aluminium and Olefin fabric canopy in black. In my opinion this is the best fabric for UV protection. We have a similar one that has lasted many years. This parasol does not have a pulley system at the top - the cord is simply threaded through the boss where the ribs join. This is simpler and perhaps less likely to go wrong but the cord seems a little thin. The canopy is attached with bolts which looks a bit unsightly compared to the more usual pockets but at least they won't fall off! I'm guessing that the reason for this design is that it's made to be put up and down less frequently than a garden parasol (but I may be wrong). Overall very happy with the quality of the parasol. What I would award 5/5 for is the communication from Amanda at the company. She was most helpful and apologetic and there was no problem at all being refunded for the missing cover. Excellent service.

It really has been a five-star experience of beginning to end all the staff were brilliant especially Adriane on the customer care department and sales who has helped me through out with the purchase of the Gazebo and I found her to be conscientious honest and straightforward nature with our dealings. which I'm much appreciate I have been in business for myself for over 50 years so I appreciate anybody that respects that they've got a good product a full knowledge on it and of taking someone else's money for that Project and she has been an absolute gem I cannot recommend the company enough if I could give it 10 stars I certainly would

In the past 12 months, we have bought a cantilever parasol and also a couple of 2m and 3m square parasols. The bases on wheels mean that it is so easy to move and adjust the parasols for the best shade at any time of day.
The cantilever parasol was delivered and erected by two men who were punctual, polite and incredibly efficient. And also very effective tutors, as I've never had any problems with it!
All parasols are of outstanding quality, we are absolutely delighted with them.

We have 2 Eclipse V2 Cantiliver Parasols that were installed in 2018. They have performed perfectly until a problem arose a few weeks ago when the lifting cable trapped in one parasol. Despite the age of our parasols Instashade soon came along to fix the problem whilst we were away and supplied some spare parts. Great customer service both at the original installation and follow up.

We originally placed an order for a cantilever parasol and a heat dome at the Chelsea Flower Show last year. Both products are fantastic and everything about the service we received was excellent. We were kept informed about delivery, nothing was too much trouble for the installation team, and follow up support has been excellent. Great products and great team!

What a wonderful experience. Met them first in Chelsea only to find they are based (very) close to home in Cheshire. Could not be more delighted with the apprach and service from start to finish from all we met at the company. Then the product - what more can I say? - it has almost creared an extra outdorr room for us and the quality is second to none.

I bought an Eclipse cantilever parasol last year and I am so pleased with the quality of the product. It is easy to open, close, and put on the protective cover and it a total success. Plenty of shade, and can be adjusted as the sun moves across the sky. Earlier this year I had reason to contact the company over something I had mislaid and they could not have been more helpful. Full marks for customer service!

A very well made product which looks good and performs incredibly well. I have a parasol which is now over 7 years old and it looks as good now as when it was installed. It was definitely a good investment. The pre-sales, installation and after-sales service have been incredible.

I ordered a new parasol and it arrived within 5 days. It’s very well made and worth the money in my view. I’m an engineer and I appreciate the little details and clear quality.

They sell an excellent product with top quality customer service - a rare find! We are in discussion about our second parasol!

We have never received customer service as outstanding as this!
The day before installation I realised we had made a huge mistake in ordering a silver not black stand.
With trepidation we phoned Instashade and honestly it was no problem!
The next day the most helpful Chris came to install the base, showed us how it all worked. He took away the silver base parasol and less than a week later came back with the black framed parasol. No trouble...
Absolutely first class product and first class service

Customer service is second to none.

We had a small problem with the stitching on the roof and a new one was sent the next day. We would recommend Instashade to anybody who is serious about serious shade.

The parasols are really good quality and definitely worth paying for when compared to the cheap versions available.
I made a mistake with my measurements and Instashade didn’t hesitate to quickly make an exchange, without any fuss. I dealt with Amanda Percy, whose response times and service ethic were fantastic.
