My experience on the phone with the agent was not very good, I found myself asking him to repeat himself, then I had ask for another person and it was the same thing. So I asked for someone else instead and then they gave me a women, which was a lot better, because she was clearer, they should put people who are a lot clearer on the phone than someone who’s English is not very good.

Fantastic service, will always stick with them. It can be a drawn out process if you have many conditions and history … stick with it as you may be surprised 10/10 😊
