Brilliant service! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get through their tests.

It was really straight forward to book and amend my driving intensive course.
Staff are friendly to speak to.
Even with a million questions thrown at them.
The instructors are excellent and have great knowledge and support.
I had a mr Mubin Patel and he was so paitent and fantastic and told me the truth that I didn't need the amount of hours I booked infor.

Great service, well organized. Instructor was excellent and patient. Grandson passed with flying colours first time with intensive lessons (after two previous attempts on my own). Highly recommend this school for driving.

Via the company - I was connected with my instructor and all the logistics of my test booking were catered for accordingly. After a few weeks of lessons I was at a competent point in my driving as to then practice on the weeks leading up to the test. I passed first time.

Efficient and professional from start to end

I originally booked my lessons with the theory and test package but realised I’d selected the automatic and no theory options. I sent a quick email, and the team fixed everything for me immediately, no fuss.
My instructor was excellent and made the whole process enjoyable. Thanks to their guidance, I passed my test with only two minors It was a great experience.

NEW UPDATE: Company claiming "wrong address" to avoid £900+ CCJ

I am posting a new update as the company has finally made contact, but only to offer further excuses. They are now claiming the County Court Judgment (CCJ) was served to the wrong address.

This is factually incorrect:
• Proof of Service: I have confirmed with the court that the address used was correct. I hold the Proof of Service and the final judgment showing it was delivered to their registered office.
• Communication: Despite having the correct details now, they have blocked my number and are not responding to emails regarding payment.
• Company Links: I urge anyone considering One Intensive Lessons UK to cross-check Smart Bookings on Companies House. Look at the history of other companies attached to these directors and their shareholdings.
• Evidence: I have provided my CCJ claim number and evidence of my experience to Trustpilot’s integrity team. I have also escalated this matter to a journalist.

If you are unsure, DO NOT BOOK. Only the verified 1-star reviews here reflect the reality of dealing with this business.

Booked with an instructor quickly and managed to get my test date moved up two months too! Passed first time with Chennel absolutely recommend!

I've never experienced such a rippoff in my life. We paid in August 2025 for lessons and a test and are still waiting for the 'Intensive course' to be completed. Intensive course my foot. It started off when my grandson took a days unpaid leave for the test but the instructors car was out of commission. After that it all went downhill with no further test being booked and no more lessons. I asked for a refund and they gave me a pittance. I should have received at least £300 and they gave me £112. They took off the cost of the test, which didn't happen due to their fault, and they refunded me for 2 hours lessons which he never had, but they calculated it at £50 for 2 hours. All in all they charged me £300 for 2 hours lessons which he had received at the beginning. An extremely unprofessional company and one to be avoided

At my age I thought I might struggle, but the intensive course was very well structured. My instructor was extremely courteous, methodical and encouraging. The office arranged the accelerated practical test most efficiently. I passed at the first attempt. A thoroughly professional and pleasant experience.

I truly cannot recommend Valentina Irimia enough. She is such an incredible instructor and an even more wonderful person. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely comfortable and supported. She has a special way of explaining things so clearly that you don’t just learn how to drive you really understand what you’re doing and why it matters for being a safe driver.
Her patience is unmatched. No matter how nervous or unsure I felt, she stayed calm, kind, and encouraging. She never makes you feel judged for mistakes instead, she gently guides you through them and builds your confidence step by step.
She genuinely goes above and beyond for her students and truly cares about helping you succeed. I’m so grateful for everything she’s taught me, and I couldn’t have done it without her.

As someone with a busy schedule, the intensive lessons with fast-tracked test were perfect. Instructor was highly skilled, used structured methods that really worked for me, and the customer support team were responsive and professional throughout. Passed on the first attempt - highly satisfied with the service provided.

Can not rate this highly enough man! Booked the intensive, instructor was legend - proper good at explaining stuff without patronising ya. Fast-tracked the test and I passed first time, buzzing! Customer service was class anall, sorted everything quick. If you're after getting your licence sharpish, this is the one.

I had been left by my previous instructor who was adamant he would not take me on a test until i was 'test ready'. This did not give me any clear indication as to where I was at and left me feeling uncertain.

In step Intensive Lessons. They allocated Bokari to me who was brilliant. Attention to detail, calm, and gave me fantastic tips to pass my test. Guided me through nerves on the day too.

I passed with no faults no majors.

Fayaz is an excellent instructor, very patient, calm and always gives clear instructions. He took time to ensure I understand everything and we practiced issues I faced repeatedly. I passed first try! Additionally, it was a clear and organised course, the tests were found quickly and I had no issues with bookings or the website. Overall, learning to drive was a great experience!
