I paid for my crash course over 3 months ago. I then failed my first theory and was made to.pay for another one myself. I passed the second one and I am.now waiting for my practical to be booked. I have told them that I am going away from.april 1st and I need my practical before then because I will not be in.the country for 6 months after . I paid for a crash course because I thought would be straight forward but at the moment it doesn't seem that way .

Helpful staff - especially Kelsi who sought to allay my fears after I saw some of the negative reviews. Instructor was good, test booked, queries all responded to and my son passed. Thank you.

Good communication and updates through email also thank to Kelsi for being helpful on updating me through the process. Would recommend.

AVOID. This business (Safer Driving UK Ltd, trading as My Intensive Course) looks like it's about to be struck off. Do not give them any money. If you have already had your fingers burned, add to the reports to BBC Watchdog by searching for "How can I contact Watchdog?" and filling in the form.

Honestly mark and the team and kelsi have been amazing. I passed my theory test first time. Mark sat down and explained everything perfectly and the best way for me to understand and managed it as well. Kelsi has been amazing from setting up the appointments to regular emails and always being on the end of the phone. So pleased with this company that I’ll be booking my intense driving course through them. Don’t be alarmed by bad reviews. Give them a chance. Honestly can’t thank them enough.

Im all new to driving, taken years to persuade myself to do it and then found this amazing company. The staff have been absolutely incredible from the moment I booked to start, the introduction call was absolutely incredible Mark was thorough and explained everything enabled time for questions, this has really helped assure me and the guidance is impeccable!! Would highly recommend this company and mark needs to be recognised for his dedication to this company!!!

Nicola from my intensive course is absolute star with helping me through everything regarding theory and driving. So helpful with getting my theory rebooked and getting my test rebooked to and so soon !

Having had multiple problems with this company, I managed to get through to a guy called Ryan who had just started. He immediately sorted all my queries my problems out and the guy needs a promotion.

I’m quite upset that there isn’t a zero rating as this company is a absolute joke and this is coming from me who is a driving instructor who has done work for this company in the past the prices they charge are absolutely extortionate and the customer service is atrocious as they will gladly take your money knowing full well they might not have a instructor to cover the course
My advice would be stay well clear I’ve done this job to a very high standard for nearly 20 years now and this company gives all us ADI s a bad name

It is almost a scam this site.
We booked with these in October 2025, which you have to pay in full for and can’t use a credit card to pay for.
They initially got 20 hours booked for my daughter, but have not heard from them since, no test date and still outstanding 4 hours of lessons. Must say that the driving instructor that they booked was extremely good.
The way it is advertised and delivered are so far removed from the truth it is unbelievable. We have ended up booking a test separately and now looking for cancellations. I know there are issues with booking tests, but if they had booked one 24 weeks ago when initial lessons were taken then would at least be looking at test by end of March.
When we contacted them, they had informed us that they would update fortnightly, but alas like all other promises they broke this too.
Without suitable outcome from them in next fortnight, then unfortunately will have to be going to small claims court to recover additional costs that have incurred and recovery of money for services not delivered.

SCAMMERS! Took £600 and never gave me an instructor, ignoring my refund request.
