My test time was 8:37 but she came a bit late like 5 seconds she turn on the maps and she said follow it so I did then she kept on speaking
And she was racist thro the test she failed I will

Finlay was extremely helpful, friendly and provided all the information I needed. He ensured I received the best option to suit my needs.

I’ve had my pants pulled down by pass me fast
I paid £2700.00 for 40 hours lessons for my daughter a test
Yet the instructor who taught my daughter has said cost doesn’t cover the test, so an additional £120 was asked to cover this and a mock test and that we will have to pay for additional test as my daughter didn’t pass. Please don’t get ripped off like I have

I'm not going to sugar coat, this is a scam.
You will be paying 2-3x more money than talking to an instructor yourself, they will charge you this much and give the actual instructor 1/3 or 1/2 the price

The only thing they will do is assign you a driving instructor which will most likely be a freelance driving instructor (my one drives a bill plant driving school car)

There is nothing additional to this service, it's not an intensive course or anything it's just a company that puts you in contact with freelance driving instructors and charges you 2-3x and then gives the instructors half the money and keeps the rest

Do not believe the stuff about the app, it's a slow and useless thing that barely works on IOS

Not to mention, if you have something a contagious illness (which you cannot give a 48 hour notice to your instructor for) they will either make the instructor not get paid and you won't get charged or they still charge you even after they take so much extra money which you would assume is for stuff like this. Seems extremely negligent when you see how much they charge and how much they give the instructors

Makes learning easy

Just came of the phone to a lovely man called Jak. He was very helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Because of this we went ahead and booked.

Jack was very helpful, explained the process and timelines, asked all the right questions and answered all my queries. Price is reasonable too, can’t wait to get started!

Sabrina very helpful and helped me with everything I needed highly recommend

Lodrick supported me in choosing the right course, demonstrating excellent knowledge and answering all of my questions thoroughly. He went above and beyond by providing additional details and asked appropriate and relevant questions about my experience to recommend the most suitable option. He was also very understanding throughout the process.

Avoid this company, they keep your money if a customer isn’t able to have lessons because of unavailability issues, we lost £300 deposit which they said expired after 6 months, it’s unacceptable that they are allowed to run their business like this, they are not customer focused, just out to make money.

I had Usamah Rehman, very lucky to have this instructor. His teaching methods are excellent, very clear and concise instruction and he is brilliant at helping you understand what could've been better or was better in a very understanding and stress free manner.

Usamah was always punctual and was able to make great adjustments in regard to changing circumstances etc. Having Usamah as an Instructor really made me feel confident in my driving and safety, eliminating so much of the test day stress.

100% would recommend Usamah as an instructor to anyone looking to learn, or brush up on their driving.

This company is terrible to work for as a driving instructor
Firstly they post the jobs at low prices. You do have the chance to bid higher. But the starting prices are ludicrous.

I took on a pupil with a test booked in Buxton. I did the hours and took the pupil to test on the date laid out. We sat in the waiting room no examiner for us. So I knocked on the office door. An examiner checked the system and came back to us. He said the test had been moved around 20 times and was no longer on that date but had actually been changed to a date earlier at a different test centre.

Obviously the pupil was upset. What happened next was very unprofessional. Passmefast then blamed me for this when speaking to the pupils father. Not only this they forwarded copies of texts about the pupils progress which I sent believing it would be confidential. The pupil showed me these. They also tried to get them to complain after showing them my text messages.

As a driving instructor obviously we encourage pupils and try to keep them motivated. But when asked about a pupils progress by an employer I was more blunt in saying they weren't progressing that well, expecting this to be kept in confidence. This is extremely unprofessional.
Intentionally shifting blame to anyone but themselves (who are responsible for the test booking) and causing unnecessary conflicts.

Id be very wary of this company. All they care about is taking money .

Good bloke straight to the point all questions answered no messing about.

I had Dugush Katir (Nottingham) as my instructor. He was really informative and pounces on any issue that arose immediately; helping me amend any problems I had in my driving.

Even after I had finished my test with a pass, he was still picking out little parts of my driving so that I could be as safe and efficient as possible.

Would recommend 11/10 times.
