Top class service as always

I’ve used internet reptile for years now and I’ve never had an issue. They are supper helpful and ship extremely fast. I often order my dragons uv bulbs and they come wrapped so well and in perfect condition.

The product I had purchased arrived on time and the jumping spiders loved it thank you again for the subscription to be delivered every 2 weeks

My go to for anything reptile.

I did two purchases last week at Internet Reptile, one was a click and collect and another was an in store purchase after returning an item nothing seemed to be too much of an ask when it came to purchasing or advice. They were great with assisting me with a refund for store credit and advising what decor to buy. I really do recommend Internet Reptile for anyone looking to buy bits for their reptiles as they have a great stock and supply of so many items. Prices were good, service was excellent so in my opinion what more could you ask for!

Well it's not that the service is great, It's that the service is as is expected. I am building a new Vivarium and I ordered a bunch of stuff. One lamp was faulty. I contacted them, they asked me to do some checks. (I know a bit about lamps) I did them. They sent me, by return E mail a return label. I dropped the lamp off at my local ASDA next time we went shopping. No drama, all slick and easy. Replacement lamp came today. Its how you deal with problems that shows how good you are. 5 stars.

This is difficult because really the fault is not with Internet reptile.
DPD delivered my order to the wrong address tossed it over the gate and took a picture. Got notification of delivery but was in and no one had been instantly I look out front at the ring doorbell nothing. Tapped the proof and the image was not my property. I quickly got in touch with DPD they confirmed that my parcel had gone e to another GPS location but they couldn’t do anything about it as they needed to get it from the sender to initiate an investigation. I have contacted Internet reptile 3 times now in a week and they have yet to reply. Tried to phone but the automated service stated that is your query is regarding an online order you must go through online channels.
Frustrating isn’t the word.
So the contents of my parcel are still somewhere else yet I cannot do anything about it despite paying for them.
With no response I’m not sure how to proceed to either get a replacement or a refund.

ive placed two orders with these guys earlier in the morning, like 6am early. and both times they've had my orders packed and shipped the same day. they're customer support is top notch, not that i had any issues as both where packaged fantastically and arrived quickly (next day as i paid for express shipping) and perfectly in tact.

Ordered arcadia evorx snake food - 8 pinkie & 3 fluff, received 4 pinkie & 7 fluff, which are frozen, If they had a problem fulfilling order properly they should have let me know, which they didn't. Also delivery was crap, they used dpd who are useless. I live at top of 3 floor flats, driver did not buzz my door entry phone neither did he come up stairs just left it on ground floor. If I had not been watching security camera I would not have known that It was there, order would have been spoiled. NOT a happy customer 😒.

I've always received excellent service from Internet Reptile, quality of livefood is always good and quite often delivered the following day after ordering. I've been a happy customer for many years, thank you!

Unfriendly service if you have a problem with an order

I've been a customer here for a while now and never had any complaints. Internet Reptile always reply to emails. The livefoods are always delivered on time,fresh and vibrant.

Came recommended but the inability to amend shipping details or cancel an order was problematic.
No response to contact through their form to amend or cancel before shipping (though follow up emails next day did get replies, I am not sure if their website form goes anywhere?). And without a reship or refund I feel like the least I can do is give a heads up.

Products are good, can't fault that. Just lack of responses and inability to amend or cancel orders..

Hope whoever lives at my old place enjoys my order of bugs 😂
