Ordered over £200 worth of items from here. Over two weeks later we are still without the order or a refund.
They claim it was delivered ‘to a safe space’ which the delivery company states was at our front door on full view of everyone on a main road.
Internet reptile are saying it’s nothing to do with them.
So if you order from here, stay in your house from the moment you order until you’ve received your item coz you will get no help if it’s not delivered and they will just abandon the parcel. The delivery company have tried to intimate us and an elderly neighbour, snooping around after we raised the issue, internet reptile do not care.

Internet reptile is my genuine "go to", for all things needed for my scaly family.

Internet Reptile has got their act together. Great products for all your reptile needs. Orders are processed quickly and delivered when they say they will. All the products I have purchased for quite a large collection have arrived on time and packaged for delivery correctly. Tried to initiate a return, was slightly late as I'm disabled and struggle to get out and about.
Emailed as directed with requested details.
Was told I can't return.
I'll only be using this website again now if I really need to.
Customer support could do with improvement.

My mixed order of dry goods and live food were well packaged and were dispatched quickly. Delivery was within 24 hrs. The live food was in good condition. The shedding caves are very small irl so would only recommend for very small geckos such as viper or dune.

I looked in all my local stores and even places such as amazon for this bulb, to no avail. I have never purchased from this site before and was a little sceptical as i am purchasing from online retailers im unfamilliar with but felt the security of pay pal id give you a go. The bulb arrived promptly and well protected. I immediately installed it as my uvb was overdue replacement. I can say i am completely satisfied with the service, price and quality of the product.

So, as per previous reviews I've had nothing but great experiences with these guys. On Sunday night I ordered 2 new thermostats and on Monday morning realised I need to add to the order. Unfortunately it's was too late as my original order had been dispatched. They messaged me and told me to put the order through and they would refund the delivery cost. Today I received both orders and an email to say I was being refunded the second orders delivery. Just one of the best companies I've ever had dealings with. I'm a loyal now.
