I had my video consultation with Harley today, he was absolutely amazing. He answered all the questions I asked and was really really nice. Booking process was very easy and straight forward nothing too complicated.

Josh was great at answering any queries I had and went through the entire process with me!

I spoke with Jamie McDonnell to get booked in for my first appointment. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly!

At first I was a bit concerned because the cost of invisalign feels too good to be true, but Jamie really put me at ease. He talked me through the process, what to expect, and what can be offered.

Appointments are available in abundance at times that are convenient so it's nice to be able to get the ball rolling straight away.

Josh was very professional and reassuring throughout my appointment. He explained my procedure clearly, as well as the next steps and what I could expect going forward. He made sure I fully understood everything before continuing and was happy to answer any questions I really appreciated how informative he was throughout the whole process.

I just had my consultation with Josh, and I must say I’m quite impressed. Very informative and helpful. I look forward to starting my journey.

Very concerning experience
Extremely disappointing and concerning experience with Invisalign Braces 4U.
I was supposed to receive my aligners over 2 months ago, and I’ve heard absolutely nothing about what is actually happening. Instead, I’m just receiving random messages saying “welcome” and now being told I need to upgrade my package, despite already upgrading during my consultation to the package they said was suitable for me.
My consultant also seemed to have no idea what was going on.
I’ve now tried contacting them to request a refund and have heard absolutely nothing for around 2 weeks. The lack of communication and constant conflicting messages are completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone not to go to them.

I have paid around £3,400 for Invisalign treatment with InvisibleBraces4U and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Throughout my treatment, every set of aligners I received had fitting issues and repeatedly broke whenever I started wearing a new set. I raised this at every appointment, but my concerns were repeatedly brushed off rather than properly addressed.
I finished my aligners in June and have now been left for around two months without any aligners. This is particularly concerning because going without them for this long can affect the progress I have already paid for.
The reason for this delay? My aligners were sent to a clinic I do not attend. I had to contact the company twice myself to ask for them to be transferred to my actual clinic. I was then told that they had gone missing during the transfer.
For the past five weeks, I have repeatedly chased for updates. I have been told several times that they would be transferred over the weekend and that I would receive a call to come and collect them. Yet here I am, still without my aligners, and still having to chase them myself.
After paying £3,400, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect the treatment to be properly managed, my concerns to be taken seriously, and basic communication to happen without me constantly having to follow up.
I am now genuinely concerned about what effect this prolonged delay will have on my treatment and whether I will need further treatment because of a situation that was completely outside my control.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering treatment with InvisibleBraces4U does their research and asks exactly what happens if there are problems with the aligners or if treatment is delayed. My experience so far has been incredibly frustrating and far below the level of service I expected for the amount of money I have paid.

My experience with invisiblebraces4u was fantastic. I first heard about Invisalign treatment through an Instagram advertisement. I completed a short survey and within a few minutes I had a virtual consultation booked in later that day. After a quick discussion, an in-person consultation was organised a few days later. The entire process was seamless!

I attended the Leeds clinic where I was greeted by a polite, professional, and caring team that made me feel welcome. The team conducted an x-ray of my teeth and were able to show me what a realistic image post-treatment would look like. From here, we discussed the best treatment package as well as additional services such as teeth whitening. Ellie, who is handling my case is lovely and caring. She answered any questions or concerns I had and guided me through the payment plan as well as helping me sign up to third party services.

I can’t wait to begin my treatment and gain more confidence through my smile! I wouldn’t hesitate to get started if this is something you’re looking into.

Contacted a few other invisalign treatments to see thier plans and pricing. The other ones especially smile white was very insisting on buy the plan now and felt more like a transaction than a treatments. While invisiblebrace4u was much kinder and felt really reassuring

Harley was my treatment coordinator and he spoke clearly, informatively and answered any questions I had. Wonderful quick and easy service and I have my face to face appointment in less than a week, thank you very much!
